Wickes - Eastbourne Reviews 

I recently had my bathroom redesigned by Coco, a designer at Wickes Eastbourne, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Before the redesign, I had several issues with my old bathroom, but the transformation has been incredible. The new design has completely revitalised the space and made it much more functional.
The fitting service provided was excellent. The team and Coco were professional and efficient, ensuring everything was installed perfectly. I'm pleased to say, so far, there have been no plumbing issues since the installation.
The combination of Coco's design expertise and the quality of the fitting service has really made a difference. I would highly recommend Coco at Wickes Eastbourne to anyone looking to redesign their bathroom.
I have complete faith in their aftercare service, knowing that they will be there to assist should any problems arise.

Thanks to Coco and her design experience and communication with the efficient fitter .Everything was done with efficiency ease and friendly reassurance.
My kitchen has been totally transformed ;it’s my favourite room now.

I ordered a big bag of logs online. I really wanted 2 bags but the computer said, “No only 1 was in stock”. In store I asked when more would be in stock and Ben said that they had more. He went and picked one up for me and processed the transaction for the extra bag, giving me the discount of £8 I was entitled to for buying 2 bags. Ben then asked if I needed help carrying the extra bag to my car. I was delighted.

When we visited the store we found it clean and well laid out. One member of staff called Catt was particularly helpful and assisted us to find what we needed.

Went to the store for a few things, needed some paint - kinda specialist metal paint which they luckily had on the shelf! (Did better than Screwfix in that regard), shop was very presentable and shelves well stocked. Was served by a very nice young lady called Katt, who also answered a few questions I had about other things - which I will be returning for in due course.

Went to buy big bags of log from eastbourne branch few days back. I asked the staff for assistance and a young man volunteered to help me load the trolley with care and a pleasant smile and very polite. I am a senior and I do appreciate such help. Conner the young man even loaded the logs into my car.

Went in with a rough idea of what I wanted. Spoke to a lovely lady called Kat/Cat. She was really helpful and is always smiling when we see her.
The other staff all seem relaxed and look like they enjoy the people they work with. Really makes shopping more pleasant when the staff are happy.

I've used Eastbourne wicks for years and it's always been a helpful shop with everything I need. Today I went in to get some plywood. They had what I wanted in stock and when I needed assistance to lift the wood onto the roof of my car one of the staff called Ben was very willing to be of assistance. Thank you for providing a great customer experience.

Went into the Eastbourne wickes this morning and was greeted by Lily at the till. She was extremely helpful when I couldn’t find what I was looking for and such a smiley and friendly face to see on a dull Monday morning, so Thankyou!

Needed a kitchen and most things for a bathroom and ensuite
The kitchen was made a breeze by my fabulous kitchen planner Coco and was ordered with a lovely discount as they were having a sale
All deliveries have arrived on time and undamaged which make fitting so much easier
First time ordering but would definitely recommend and use again
Price was unbeatable imo
Rest of the staff were always smiling and always happy to help

I had my bathroom designed my Cocoa in the Eastbourne store. The final result was absolutely incredible. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It was a real pleasure working alongside Coco (Astridge) who was the key person in perfecting the design of our kitchens; her previous expertise in interior design really helped, she has a good eye for detail and was able to fully connect with all of our needs. She is warm and friendly and took great care of us throughout the whole process. Highly recommend her services. Thank you Coco.

Had an emergency with our shower unit gushing out water so had to turn all water and ran to wickes for replacement or a fix! Steve F was really helpful. He showed me the options and what we could do. I ended buying a temporary fix which worked brilliantly so although still no shower, we could turn the water back on! Thank you Steve 😊

Ben made our experience great - saved us a good chunk of change on chip board.
