Brilliant workmanship, highly organised, very personable.
Coco, who was the employee representing Wicks was absolutely brilliant. She visited our house and not only created a design that was excellent. She took into account who we were and her design was bespoken to our needs and the way we used our kitchen.
The contracted fitter, Clemi, whom Wicks used, couldn’t have been better. He was not only an excellent workman. He also was considerate and personable and was meticulous Not Just in his work but in his timekeeping. Everything was done to our specifications and with our agreement. We were kept informed of his progress throughout the whole of the project.
We certainly recommend both Wicks and the fitter whom they used, and who incidentally we will continue to use when we have projects that we need done around the house, they are that good!

Really good communication from start to finish with Coco at Eastbourne Wickes designing the bathroom and with Lee our fitter. They were both easy to get hold of with any questions which was reassuring. The bathroom was finished to a high standard and Lee checked in with us and kept us up to date with progress. Overall really happy with the experience we had with Wickes from first contact to last.

Great service with kitchen planning involving many changes from us and to accommodate our kitchen layout. Fitter was timely and efficient.

Planning was superb. Design consultant (Coco at Eastbourne) understood our needs better than we did and ensured that we got the right kitchen design.
We were kept fully informed re all deliveries which arrived on time. Personnel were courteous and well organised. Installer team (Clemi and Lyndsay) were simply outstanding. First class workmanship and a pleasure to be around.

Excellent service from beginning to end . We can t praise this company enough . From initial contact , to measuring ,designing and fitting . The service was amazing . We must give a special thank you to our fantastic fitters Clem and Michael , such hard workers , nothing was too much trouble and they did it so quickly . Always friendly , explained what they were doing and left the site clean and tidy every evening when they left . We are so pleased with our new kitchen and very grateful to you both x

Purchased 2x10L of emulsion at 19:35.
I asked for assistance with getting paint to my car as I have a fractured hand, young lad just looked at me. I asked if there was a trolley "no they are locked up" (not helpful when you close at 20:00)
When I returned for the 2nd tub of paint, two lads standing at the tills talking...
On a side note the paint is fantastic & great value for money!

When returned she had two options for us
Took us through all our choices from taps
Sink, and appliances
She answered all our questions all the way through no matter what it was or if it was her job or not
She visited at the end to check & tidy up any lose ends before we signed off

our experience started with a visit to Wicks at Eastbourne where we met a very helpful Coco who talked with us through our needs to replace the bath with a walk in shower. We looked at the displays selected the style, within two days Coco visited our bathroom completed the layout etc. two days later we had a quote followed with a start date. We had a visit by the Bill Patience the fitter then all the equipment arrived before the start Bill and his mate George arrived on the start day, worked very hard for four days, completed the transformation to a very good standard, overcoming a few minor problems very well. Good helpful instructions We were so pleased with the whole project making our facility so much safer. all contact with the whole team was so friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble.

My partner and I were extremely confused regarding Electric towel rails, as the product description indicated it was to be used with the central heating system. Wesley, went out of his way to ensure the information we needed and the product was accurate. Researching the brands website, opening the packaging to investigate inside and ensuring at all times we felt valued and not rushed. His team mates were equally as friendly and helpful. The product it’s self is exactly what we needed and was purchased with confidence. Well done and thank you Wesley and team Eastbourne you are appreciated.

Coco the kitchen designer provided excellent advice and support throughout our kitchen renovation project. She always managed to resolve any issues promptly and to our full satisfaction.

Coco spent ages designing our wet room bathroom. She worked tirelessly to achieve our vision and the end result was fantastic. It definitely has a wow factor and we would recommend Wickes to anyone who is thinking of a new kitchen or bathroom. Coco is always willing to help even though we had our wet room finished last year she has kept in touch to make sure everything is fine and we are satisfied with our purchase.

Yard and warehouse staff most unhelpful and useless in general. Seem to take pleasure out of their incompetence.

The team starting with Robert the designer who designed and ordered the kitchen Richard the Electrician and Clem and Michial the fitters working as a team delivered a first class kitchen.all deliveries came on time Danielle from customer care was in constant touch and the work was inspected three days into the start of the project.it was all so well organised it took all the worry away from me.a big thanks to Clem and Mike who treated me and my home with great respect their workmanship was faultless.
