Cannot state enough how good the Grantham bathroom design team have been with my new ensuite. The product range is great and looks anazing with the help of fitter Ron and his mate.

I would highly recommend Duncan, he was not only helpful but enthusiastic, professional & with an eye for detail.

The staff are much more engaged, and wanted to help.
Tina, particularly went looking for the last of an item, which was "in stock" on line, but not on the shelves.
Would have been easier for her to say "no, sorry - must be an error", but she took the trouble to go and find the missing item in the stockroom.

The difference between a job done, or a job half done.

Not without its problems but generally a good service. Duncan is professional and patient. Would recommend.

I had Duncan for a design visit and he’s created me the most amazing bathroom and kitchen. Any questions and queries were answered and I’m looking forward to the delivery soon.

Was looking to renovate my bathroom. Clare was fab and showed me the bathrooms in the store and gave me a brochure. Relaxed, knowledgeable and no pressure 😊

The store is having some work done by contractors but the staff were really helpful, ensuring that we could still get all of the items we required. Will be good to see it when it’s finished.

We needed some paint for redecorating today. The team were very friendly and extremely helpful, we found what we needed straight away. I’m sure we will be back again soon!

The shop assistant (Tina) was very helpful with my list of products that I purchased.
No problem surfing the products website.

We were planning a new kitchen and spent ages looking until we met Alannah at Wickes Grantham. Straight away she could sense what we were after and drew on her personal insight, experience and no-nonsense approach to come up with a design that hit the mark. She went to great lengths to ensure we got what we needed within budget and she was a joy to work with, unlike a competitor company who we felt tried to force us down a set route. A difficult head-scratching moment on the fitting was quickly resolved when Alannah swiftly came to our aid. The project is still not quite complete, but we can see just how good her design concept is going to be in our house. Delighted.

We had several companies give us a price and we found that Wicks were over all the best and Duncan was first class from start to finish.

Got prices from several companies and designs and felt wicks gave the quality and competitive price we were looking for. Duncan our design consultant took the time to design our dream kitchen and always on hand for any changes questions we had.hoping delivery and installation will continue to impress.

Duncan at Wickes Grantham, did a fantastic design job for us. Including extras that we needed, all placed on order.

Customer service support kept us up to date with deliveries, even though they were different days over a week, from different manufacturers. Provided a good communication with fitters and ourselves.

Fitters leased very well, and a great team from Lithuania, spoke very good English. They had a few issues as our walls were not straight, but they overcame the problem with the font of knowledge and experience.

Our bathroom was booked in, and they managed to get us in sooner due to a window in the fitters schedule.

The fitters went above and beyond , and talked to us every step of the way.

Great team work by all at Grantham.

We have also had a kitchen from them, which was delivered all in one go. Great communication, service and delivery, along with follow up calls afterwards.

Duncan was excellent when advising on what was possible in our bathroom and helped us reconfigure the whole layout. He kept in touch with us while the final plans were being made and while the fitters were being booked and has been on top of the plan, even with our finicky changes and shifting timings.
The fitters were fantastic and I felt in good hands when they got here.
Guess who I'm going to when my in-laws need their bathroom redoing!

I've been in the building trade 48 years I've used wickes in London then when I moved to Grantham happy a wickes opened here.
Wickes have everything I need .what I like about wickes is you can go get what you want yourself pay and leave. Other builders merchants you have to wait for assistance then you have to go to the yard and wait again. The staff in wickes are equally knowledgeable and so very helpful. Claire the manager has been so helpful and all the staff in fact work as a great team . Trade pro allows you to gain 10% off and look out for the 15% promotions on everything. What you save In time getting your own products materials gets you back to work quicker
DIY gardening wickes have most products and open until 8pm a bonus. Plenty of parking easy to get to.
