Shannon was great. Really knowledgeable

I contacted wickes to get my kitchen designed. Duncan came out to the house to measure up and plan the kitchen. From start to finish he has been brilliant. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He spent so much time going through different options and even when he had designed the kitchen I went in and wanted to change a lot due to rethinking my ideas, but this was no problem at all. I can’t wait for it fitted now and to see the finished results.

Tina at Grantham, help me find the last 9 bags of charcoal in the store. Without her help, I would have not have be able to get the last bags of charcoal.

Rep was punctual, friendly, helpful, and efficient.
He answered all our questions truthfully.

Steve K based at Grantham store provided friendly and polite assistance for product saving me time having to investigate suitability

Jack at Grantham branch was vey helpful and saved us a lot of hassle as he helped us finding the items we struggled to find. We have used Wickes quite a number of times over recent months and they always have been excellent with a great customer support. Thank you.

I went in the Grantham store at the weekend looking for paint. The staff were super helpful at pointing me in the right direction. Very fast and efficient service and the staff were friendly and approachable.

Placed a delivery order today for a job next week, thank you Elizabeth for making this transaction so straight forward and quick.

Purchased timber along with a lot of other stuff. Got charged for pack of timber for £38 when I only had two single strips, Also purchased pack of six timber but charged for six single strips.
This seems to happen a lot at Wickes Grantham, but never had this problem at other branches.
Unfortunately only realised when I got home and had unloaded, and itwill cost more in petrol to drive to Grantham and back again, so yet again my loss, I should have held up the queue at the till and checked.
Be warned, bad staff. Check before you leave store no matter how long the queue may be.

I was in Wicks Grantham today looking for tile grout, not sure where it was so I asked a very nice worker called ‘Stephen” who found the product for me carried it to the till, went and got a trolley for him to take it out to my car and popped it in the boot for me too.
Well done Stephen a very kind and helpful gentleman.

Came into the Grantham store to cancel an order and order a larger size having had no joy phoning or emailing customer support. Tina served me and couldn’t have been more patient and helpful.

Short notice big build project got the go ahead this weekend so shot down to Wickes. Needed some advice and help with a load of timbers, brackets, fixings etc.. and Elizabeth came to the rescue. Every question asked she answered, every item needed she pointed out, and everything I needed was in stock. The location is ideal for me, but Elizabeth, the staff and the product range make it perfect.

I have mobility issues and I called in to buy 3 100l bags of bark ,the staff,Steve Kent and Stacey, were amazing ,got the 3 bags for me and loaded into my car for me,no problem at all,all done with smiles and a professional and positive attitude, also the price was very good ,thank you wickes for not making me feel uncomfortable, I really appreciated the help,I will be back .

I first need to give a shoutout to Stacey. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
We bought all of our materials for a garden project and the quality at Wickes is far better than some other stores with orange logos!

Alannah is amazing,
She is always smiling made us feel welcome even when she was serving another customer, acknowledged us and offered us a seat, as I was will my mum who is in her late 70s.

Quick service and had all the information we required.
