Tom was so helpful he helped me find a part for my kitchen tap and I found the whole experience to be so polite and good old fashioned customer service. The chap on the cash counter also was so polite. Thank you I will be coming back here

We’ve just put down a deposit on a new bathroom. So far, it’s been a smooth process. Eva-Marie came to us to measure the space and, within the week, had created us a fully spec’d plan to peruse and discuss. Eva-Marie had remembered everything we discussed at the consult and she patiently answered all the questions we had; filling us with confidence as this is our first full bathroom fit. Fingers crossed the customer experience team are as thorough and friendly as Eva-Marie who gets 5 stars from us. Now, we await the next step …

Mandeep is so knowledgeable about kitchens but also came accross as caring and considerate when giving advice on what works and what does not, as a result we now have a beautiful kitchen of a very very high standard but so practical everything just works so well for us, cannot thank wickes and Mandeep enough brilliant outcome.

Mandeep helped us through the choices with warmth, professionalism and no pressure. We were able to make many changes along the way and she was quick to respond with new drawings and solutions. The kitchen we ended up with was exactly as we had planned it. A couple of panels were damaged during delivery or installation and Mandeep arranged for replacements with no quibbles. It was a big expenditure for us, causing lots of upheaval in our house so to have this side of it taken care of so well was a real bonus. When we wanted to return unused items Mandeep made sure the credits were processed smoothly.
We are looking forward to welcoming Mandeep for a coffee and cake in our beautiful new kitchen.

Purchased a kitchen from Hereford Wickes and have to say how brilliant the store was from start to completion. Our kitchen designer MANDEEP was so skilful and very helpful with our design requirements. She visited twice to check measurements on our new build and ensured we had exactly the right units. Can't praise her enough and the excellent quality of the kitchen when it arrived.

Design Consultant Mandeep was excellent. She was welcoming, personable, friendly and very quickly engaged us in a focused conversation exploring our requirements and wishes.
Her knowledge and experience comfortably helped guide us through the design processes and possibilities and allowed us to very effectively make our decisions. The results are perfect for us and we are delighted with our new kitchen - thank you Mandeep!

Whilst visiting every retailer in Hereford with a view to purchasing a new kitchen complete with all new white goods - my husband and I were fortunate to happen upon Mandeep at Wickes in Hereford. She was completely brilliant right from day one, having given her free rein to design our relatively small kitchen with only one specification that we wanted a gallery kitchen on both walls, Mandeep designed a kitchen we would never have thought possible in such a space. My husband and I put our complete trust in her, we asked for and followed her advice on everything from what flooring would best suit the kitchen to what make of appliance to get for our washing machine and tumble dryer - and yes Mandeep even found the space for these appliances in our kitchen - absolutely amazing.
Unfortunately, despite all Mandeep’s expertise with regard to the design of our kitchen, the fitting team supplied by Wickes would have lost them our custom. However, due to her professionalism, her personality and her seemingly unless enthusiasm and energy to ensure we had the kitchen we always dreamed of, we decided to stick with Mandeep and get our own fitters to actually fit the kitchen.
Upon delivery of our units and appliances, again problems occurred with damaged and missing items, but once again nothing was too much trouble for Mandeep to sort out. Being completely transparent, the team of fitters we independently employed, also brought their own set of problems, but again it was Mandeep who found solutions, indeed she dealt with all issues at pace and to our complete satisfaction.
Our kitchen is now fully fitted and looks absolutely stunning. Mandeep’s design is elegant, tasteful and the perfect layout for our home. We cannot thank her enough for all the time, hard work and endless support we have received from her - we can only hope that Wickes as a company understand and appreciate what a credit Mandeep is and what a truly amazing asset she is to their kitchen consultancy team - she is absolutely priceless.

Great customer service as always from the staff at my local Wickes. Served by Tony today, who is always helpful whenever I shop in the store.

Staff, especially Mandeep, were very helpful. The advice given and products purchased were good. Only one drawback was that I didn’t realise that 3 separate deliveries were going to be made as I was only informed about the one from Wickes well in advance. So I had to do some fast re-arranging when I found out about the other two!!

I was looking for some plumbing pipe connectors. I asked a young man who was filling up shelves around the corner, he left what he was doing to show me where they were. He said let me know if I can help you again I sorted out what I wanted but was 2 short so went to find the young man again, he checked in the warehouse, but there was only 1,he then took the shelf apart to see if 1 had fallen down the back, unfortunately there wasn’t, he did put the shelf back. He was so helpful I mentioned it to another member of staff, who told me his name was Jesse.
I Told them to give him a gold star. Well done Wicks for employing such helpful staff, made my day Thank you

I had great advice from Tony and he even offered to help lift the heavy items into my car.
I feel he went above and beyond what most people would do.

Always good to see Dave on the tills.
Always has time to chat and be polite.
Tall chap with glasses around late forties will make put the item back and leave store. He is rude. One day looking for an item and he wouldn’t listen to what I wanted just made up his own mi d and almost told me what I wanted. Where I have been self employed

Really helpful staff at the store. The woman behind the till, Jess was really helpful helping me find the right plumbing parts I needed for a job and really took the time to help!

The design that Mandeep showed us was perfect for the space we had. The installation went smoothly and we were consulted at all stages at this time. We are very happy with the colour and design we choose. It has exceeded our expectations.

I have never experienced such a poor service for purchasing and installing a new bathroom from Wickes. The whole process took from paying a deposit in April 2024 to the bathroom being installed in February 2025. We had no help from Customer Services, installer delaying the start date twice on the day he was due to come, goods being delivered to the wrong address at 6.30am with no feedback from Customer Services of its whereabouts and no compensation for storing the goods for nearly a year. I will never again use Wickes

Mandeep, Design Consultant, is terrific. Her efficiency and knowledge in kitchen design is second to none. I would highly recommend her services.

We purchased a kitchen from Wickes and must say the quality of units and doors were excellent. Mandeep was very helpful with the design and suggested a different design to what we had in mind (much better design). Everything from first looking at the showroom to the delivery went smoothly. I fitted it myself as I have done numerous times and it was a pleasure working with good quality. All in all very happy with the whole process.
