Brilliant from start to finsh.

Came out for a home visit to design our kitchen , design was back quickly for us to review and change if needed.

The whole process was easy from start to finsh Order arrived when scheduled.

Highly recommend..

Currently having to walk with a stick so moving around is tricky. Asked young man in store if he could help me find a bracket. His name was Chris (Hinckley branch) and he was clearly cracking on in the store filling shelves but didn’t hesitate to go find what I needed. Thank you. Lucky to have good employees like Chris.

I have just been to the Wickes in Hinckley and have never Meet such miserable and unpleasant staff I asked a woman the price of a box of tiles she replied isn’t it on the box I wouldn’t have asked. If it was she couldn’t help me and I would have to look in the shop for them which I did went back to checkout different woman she was not happy there was no code on the tile I had to walk back and carry one of the large tiles back when I got there she just replied I have found it went to pay no please thank you just a dirty look if these two woman don’t want the job why don’t they leave I’m sure plenty of others would be glad of a job without customers there wouldn’t have jobs I will not be returning there again even my husband said how unhelpful and rude they were

I went in today to find some ceramic cartridges, the team in the store are so helpful.

Adding to my kitchen with extra units after an extension was made very easy with the help from Karen at the Hinckley store. She went the extra mile to help me source the appropriate units and accessories that I needed. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend.

I often go to Wickes Hinckley and whilst all the staff are friendly and good there is one member of staff called David who is always extremely happy and friendly. He is a great advocate for Wickes and really deserves a huge shout out!

David is very polite helpful and friendly makes you feel welcome to the store he also gives outs hints and tips that are always very useful, he genuinely is a nice polite and friendly employee and is a credit to your store

Sandhu at Hinckley was very helpful in designing our bathroom to maximise the space available he answered all questions and gave good advice, many thanks

Our kitchen project could not have gone better from start to finish. Sandhu was so helpful and knowledgeable when doing our design, making suggestions and helping us choose the colour most suitable for our kitchen. Our fitter Andy Bubb was brilliant, he was meticulous, and cleaned up regularly and obviously takes a pride in his work. We cannot fault the service we received from Wickes Hinckley, and would highly recommend.

Our experience of choosing a kitchen at Wickes has been very enjoyable. This has been made even more so by the design consultant Harkunwar Sandu who has made the whole process exceptionally easy. He has been extremely helpful with every aspect and my wife and I have been impressed with his helpful and friendly manner.

Sandhu was brilliant in helping to design my new kitchen. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly - would highly recommend!

Today I had an amazing experience here with the customer service, Nat helped us above and beyond.
I came with my father in law who had a quite a big list and without Nat getting the stuff would have taken three times longer probably. Nat helped us above lot.

Karen is really helpful and knowledgeable and has endless patience. We changed our bathroom design several times and her advice is greatly appreciated, especially when trying to work to a budget

Wickes installers carried out our bathroom installation during the week beginning 1st December. The two gentlemen were fantastic — on time, tidy, and they completed the job as scheduled. They explained all the steps clearly throughout the process. The wall and floor tiling was beautiful, flat, and straight. They cleaned up after themselves, with minimal dust during the demolition and tile cutting. I couldn’t fault their work. 5 Stars!

However, the Wickes bathroom adviser in-store felt a little pushy and advised us to purchase the wrong radiator, as well as providing some incorrect guidance. This included advising us to buy certain items in store as they werent available online. The delivery of the bathroom items arrived in three separate parts, of which we were only aware of one. The other two deliveries arrived unexpectedly, and it was lucky we were in and that the installers were able to wait for the items. 4 Stars.

Despite a few bumps along the way, it was a good overall experience. I would recommend sitting down and doing your own research into the fixtures and fittings to ensure you’re getting a good deal and that everything fits correctly.

We would like to thank our consultant at Hinckley Wickes, Karen Waldron, for all her help, advice and support with our new kitchen. She answered all our questions and made the process so easy for us especially when we wanted to make some changes. Her happy disposition and can do attitude reassured us throughout the process.

We have just ordered our second kitchen at Wickes Hinckley with Sandhu following the excellent service we received over nine years ago. We were really pleased to be able to design and order again with him as he is extremely professional, makes the whole process very easy and is always available to help with any questions.
