Great Shop. Well worth a visit
Very friendly staff at store (well done Kirsty). The shop is laid out in a very customer friendly manner that ensured I could quickly find what I was looking for. I always get great value at Wickes and will definitely be back.

Kitchen delivery service- worked like a dream with lots of updates & reminders when the delivery colleagues would be delivering our kitchen. Two friendly & helpful drivers put all the components in our chosen room.
They both were careful & considerate, huge thanks to driver Maciej & his assistant Craig.
Delivery made on 19th June to our home in Hull

A great time designing my kitchen
It was very pleasant to have someone so helpful and knowledgeable help me design my future kitchen . Nothing was too much trouble and the consultant was very professional and put you at ease. Wickes has great products at very competitive prices and their delivery is great and a fraction of the cost of one of its main competitors!! Plus the coffee was excellent too ! 😆

Great service

I'd definitely say she is a big credit to the company.

26/05/2026 I found the flow of some parts for assembly ( 30 hinge hole cover caps ). I contacted Nicholas Scruton
( design consultant), he promised to solve the problem. I waited for 4 weeks, then contacted again (23/06/2026), he promised again...
Now is 06/07/2026 5pm and I've got

Great service from Mo
Visited to buy some bits for the loft, was served by Mo who was very polite and helpful, he asked if I hade a trade card. I said no but he helped set me up with one and got me a £7 discount. I then decided to buy some more bits where I used the discount again, so very happy to now have a 10% discount to use on future purchases.

Helpful staff
I went to order some items and needed some help with what to get and Mo who helped me was great.He helped me save a bit too by suggesting getting a bulk bag of gravel instead of 30x 20kg bags, could not have been more pleased with his help.
