We were not sure what products we needed, so we asked Anne in the King's Lynn store and she was very helpful. We could not fault the service she gave us

Came to the store to get some ideas for a project. Anne was very helpful and pleasant, and showed me some items i was thinking about, also suggesting some alternatives.

fantastic service from Trudy at wicks Kings Lynn. I am renovating a house and had a staircase to sand. tired of waiting for a professional i went into Wicks and asked Trudy for help. She explained all of the different sanders to me and how to use each one. Took it out of the box put it together for me explaining how all worked, before i purchased. I have never used a sander before. I have always paid someone else. I sanded my staircase and it looks fantastic. all be it it took me a lot longer, but job done. Thank you so much to Trudy as she gave me the help and confidence needed, I am going to do so much more for myself from now on, and knowing i have the staff at kings lynn to help and advise is brilliant.

The experience of purchasing our new kitchen was fantastic from start to finish. Emily was excellent—helpful, flexible, and always responsive to the few changes we requested along the way.
The delivery team were courteous and efficient, making the process smooth and stress-free. Lee and Steve, who carried out the fitting, were friendly, skilled, and highly professional, taking great care with their work.
We are absolutely delighted with the result—a beautiful fitted kitchen that has exceeded our expectations.

Thank you Wickes for being reasonable on your delivery charges at £4.00, it really helps, & the driver was very helpful.
The other day i got a new freezer from another company & they charged £25 delivery & another £25 to remove my old one, 3/4 of my pension gone on 1 hit.
Well done Wickes. "I'll be back"

Do not use Wickes for kitchen and bathroom install.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. This was for my 89 year old mother, living on her own. On agreed start date no one turned up. We had to phone to find out what was going on, to be told the start date was different. After a 4 week delay, during which we were fobbed off over and over, work began.Terrible communication within the company and to the customer. Deliveries were problematic. Contractor was slow, working half days or not at all.

My mother was left without the facility to take a shower for 11 days after the bathroom had been fitted, without heating over a weekend and lived in total disarray with delivered units/appliances standing in her tiny property weeks before installation.

The kitchen and bathroom installation began on 12th September, after over a four week delay, and completed over five weeks later on 21st October.

During this time my mother was distressed, confused, uncomfortable and had to vacate her property due to the lack of transparency received from Wickes.

The initial consultation with the Design Team, subsequent site visit and advice was professional, responsive and supportive, however after that the Wickes team were indifferent, apathetic and uncaring.

We did, after complaining, have a site visit from a member of Wickes staff which bucked up the contractor arrived bit. However I can't say the finished installations are professionally completed. They are not perfect.

Wickes offered £50 compensation. I took my concerns to the Ombudsman and my mother was offered £150 compensation

These big companies are getting away with a complete disregard for their customers, a lack of ownership and are being able to take advantage.

My advise, use a small business who care.

After a slow start to the project the bathroom We are very pleased with the end project 😀

Two instore appointments and one home visit with Trevor, he gave excellent advice, planning and understanding.
Extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.
I'm really happy with my order.

Recently popped into Kings Lynn Wicks and Greg was extremely helpful. I must say he was one of the best sales assistants I have met in any store. Nothing was too much trouble. An absolute credit to Wicks for employing this sales advisor.

I popped into your Kings Lynn Norfolk store today with my Son to price up the materials we are going to need replacing my garage flat roof boards and felt and we were assisted by a member of your staff inside named Sean who proved to be a great help to us as he was a roofer himself and understood and knew what we needed.

He knew we were not purchasing today but that made no difference to how we were treated and we left the store feeling more confident we could do a good job in May which is when we plan to start.

We will 100% be buying everything from there and having it delivered, and only for £4.00 which is fantastic value, so thank you again for your help and advice Sean, you are a credit to Wickes....see you in May.

We went to your store in kings Lynn and went to customer services were we met terrie I can only say what a great experience we found terrie friendly helpful and informative she understood our problem and escorted us to the isle we needed . And recommended a product an and a item we definitely wouldn’t have remembered she really is an asset to Wickes

I dealt with Sean at the King's lynn store and was truly happy to help. He saved me nearly £100 and gave advice on gardening 10/10 service would happily deal with again

My design consultant Emily fully understood my design requirements and financial situation.
My kitchen was delivered on time by very organised and respectful staff.
The fitter Steve was an absolute craftsman who got on with the job on time and in budget.

Neil HH helped us get laminate flooring, skirting boards and a few other things. He was a great help. He was patient with us and when we noticed it was close to closing time he kept saying it wasn't a problem and calmly took us through the process.

We attended the store to get a few bits to sort out the tiles etc for our bathroom and we where luck enough to bump into a gentleman called Sean on the shop floor. Omg I have never EVER received such polite and attentive service. We asked Sean a basic question of where is your bathroom 6mm backing board? And from then onwards we had literally a personalised tour of absolutely everything we needed and then some. No hard sell no sales pitch just raw honest service. His product knowledge was incredible and he gave lots of personal experiences which has made my job a down sight easier than I was expecting. When we went to the till I asked to speak to the manager who I didn't realise was serving us and he was just as amazing as Sean,which to me goes to show the amazing leadership of this gentleman. His service was also demonstrated through his staff I believe his name was Patrick? Sorry if it's wrong. But please give both the manager and Sean our deepest thanks and please give them both some kind of recognition as they have really set the bar for outstanding service!
