Great customer services from kings Lynn. Organised quick delivery of kitchen. Designed kitchen adding aspect we hadn’t thought about. Would recommend

We've been ordering from Wickes over the last few months while we've been doing home improvements. Everything from timber, OSB, screws, steel rod, water butts, paint, etc. What they haven't got at the local store has been shipped in from nearby stores or a central warehouse - all on a next day service. They've gone out of their way to make sure we get our stuff when it's been promised and they've given us a great service at very competitive prices. Thank you Wickes.

Our consultant Emily walker was very helpful and knowledgeable in designing our requirements we only parted company as be changed our plans and went for pre built units rather than flat packs.other than that we were happy with the attention we received.

Always a positive experience at this branch- whole team always friendly and seem happy to help (Trudy particularly helpful today). Good range and Stock levels always seem reasonable.

Sahin (Shar), our bathrooms design manager from Wickes, King's Lynn, was excellent, very knowledgeable, clearly experienced and lead us through the whole design process from measuring up to order in a very professional manner. Shar helped us with tips and recommendations for products to meet our needs and was very patient during the number of tweaks and changes we made. He also explained the product details and water proofing process very clearly. Highly recommended.

If only all sales people in the UK were as knowledgeable, honest, helpful and courteous a Sahin who guided us through the purchase of our dream kitchen, the British economy would ne in a better place.

we are considering a new kitchen and saw Emily. We found her very patient and helpful. Emily suggested tweaks and ideas to our draft and ensured everything would fit. The options she suggested made the kitchen more practical. We are yet undecided where we will purchase from as we are looking at several supplies but good impressions from Emily

Great experience with the kitchen design service at Wickes in Kings Lynn. Sahin was fantastic throughout – he really listened to what I was looking for and came up with ideas that I hadn't thought of. He’s clearly knowledgeable and also really honest, which I appreciated. If one of my ideas wouldn’t have worked or didn’t suit the design, he wasn’t afraid to say so – but always in a helpful, respectful way.

What stood out the most was how personable he was. There was never any pressure or sales pitch – just genuine advice. Even after the appointment, he followed up thoughtfully and remembered little things I’d mentioned, like other plans I had coming up. That kind of attention to detail really makes the whole process feel more personal. I’d definitely recommend speaking to Sahin if you’re thinking about a new kitchen or bathroom.

Ordered items for a decking project, I was offered delivery dates which were convenient and all items arrived on time and in good condition. Josh and Andy at Kings Lynn did a good job and the courier driver was very polite and helpful.
