Emily Gledhill-walker at Wicks kings Lynn store is amazing , nothing was too much trouble . Emily knew her stuff and planned our kitchen to exactly what we wanted . Emily is friendly , helpful and made us feel at ease and no pressure on anything. Emily is a credit to the design team at Wicks . Thank you .

Walk in the store and was greeted I knew where I had to go as I am a regular of the kings lynn store. They don't have what I wanted but the lad found me an alternative. Always friendly and helpful

Good choice of paint colours and finishes, also sells Crown paints which my B&Q don't seem to now. Was also looking for an extendable pole to paint my ceiling with. Really happy to find one that was sturdy and stayed at the length I wanted with a press of a red button rather than screwed in place as I struggle to manage due to joint pain in my hands.

Trevor has been fantastic throughout our kitchen journey; numerous visits and decision changes have been taken in his stride & dealt with in an efficient, kind & patient manner. A no pressure, genuine service & we are over the moon with our final design. Thank you Trevor!

Sahin was fantastic, he talked us through everything we needed, from the day he came to the house to draw plans right up to us chosing everything.

Just had a great design appointment at the King's Lynn store. The consultant (Sahin Sahiner) was very proactive and very helpful making suggestions for us to consider. No heavy selling which was very refreshing.

Served by a really polite individual; however, he sadly had an incredibly bad hygiene problem. He looked filthy, had greasy hair and absolutely stank; and that was from a fleeting experience across a cash desk. I feel so very sorry for his colleagues that have to work in close proximity. The smell was so bad it made me want to vomit - this was definitely not just a bit of odour from recent exertion.

Emily Gledhill Walker was absolutely amazing in designing us 7 kitchens for 7 flats we were building. Emily's designs were spot on and her recommendations to use a darker shade for the smaller flats (something I would never have considered) worked extremely well. Emily's knowledge and experience shone through as her design tweaks (like using taller above worktop cupboards) really elevated the kitchens where there were high ceilings and not a lot of kitchen space to play with. Overall we are extremely happy with the 7 new kitchens.
Emily was also very patient in dealing with my many questions !
Emily also helped design and order boiler cupboards, that turned out really nicely.
Delivery was easy.
Price wise Wickes was very competitive.

Shar listened to our requirements and incorporated exactly what we were looking for in his design.
The home visit really helped and Shar was able to overcome our issue with the height of the boiler to our satisfaction.
Really looking forward to seeing the design transform into reality in a few weeks.

Great experience Shar our design consultant was very helpful, listens to what we wanted not just pushing products. We didn’t need the kitchen straight away but even this was not a problem and we could arrange delivery when it suited us . We found the hole experience good and easy.

Emily Gledhill-Walker was amazing! We previously had a Howdens quote which was extremely unsatisfactory. Their design was poor and would not have worked. Emily spent so much time with us to discuss what we needed and what would or would not work. We also had a home visit which impacted what we were thinking. Amazing service. Emily went above and beyond to make our kitchen work for us. We are incredibly impressed with the results. Thank you Emily!
