Ayesha went above and beyond sorting out the correct item and loading it into my car. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish there were more shop assistants like her

Bought a kitchen at Wickes, Lincoln, assisted by Carl Price (Design Consultant). Excellent service - Carl guided us through the process, listened carefully to what we wanted, made very helpful suggestions, and presented us with sensible, viable options. Carl measured our kitchen, drew a rough design - which turned out to be perfect when put through the software - and gave us a fully costed package. Well done - could not have been better for service.
What could Wickes do better? Some of their cupboards are not fully accessible to older, or disabled, customers. However, Carl gave us a range of options which helped us round any potential difficulties - small changes in design would have given us much more choice

MJ made us feel very welcome, was very knowledgeable, and helped us with making a kitchen design we wanted from the description we gave him. His knowledge on the design front, with what matched what, what could fit, and even small details of which we never thought, i.e. how far the dishwasher door would pull out, and whether we could open the drawer for the cutlery at the same time. He was incredibly polite, and when he came to our house for the final measurements, he was very thorough, and worked well with our inquisitive dogs, who must be involved in all work in the house. A fantastic designer, wasn't nd would highly reccomend.

Your kitchen designer, Rob, listened to what we wanted and then produced a design that met our needs really well. He was also able to suggest alternatives when we were unsure about anything. An excellent service!

Excellent service from Carl Price our design consultant! Can't thank him enough for all his efforts in making such a big purchase stress free and being a pleasure to work with. Can't wait to see the final results!

We have spent the last few months designing a bespoke kitchen to suit my mum's requirements with the wonderful help from our design consultant Carl Price.
We visited many other retailers to look for kitchens but Carl was the only one who introduced himself and made a real effort to make us feel special from the minute we walked in and his excellent customer service, humour and professionalism helped seal the deal. He's been a pleasure to work with throughout this whole process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing kitchen.
We can't wait to see the kitchen in all it's glory when it's finally finished , thanks Carl!

Rob from Lincoln, came to our home and designed a us kitchen to match our budget (Not high end but middle of range) and was fantastic throughout our journey and went beyond all expectations to help us out. I couldn't of ask for a better experienced and nicer guy to deal with. Also big thank you to the whole store in general. What a team.

We were lucky to have Carl Price to help us through planning our kitchen. His attitude was attentive and very professional. We were very involved at each stage which was appreciated and look forward to the next stage.

Went in to the Lincoln branch to buy a second cupboard for our utility. Found the ones we have but they were flat packed.
I also noticed a sink I rather liked - however the single bowl (that we need) was shown in white but the same one was available in black in a 1.5 bowl. So I had questions!
Other half went off to find a staff member and found the very friendly & smiley Lewis. Lewis and his trusty tape measure came and showed me how big the cupboard was that I was looking at (I need to “see” things) and also looked and found out that yes, I could have the sink I wanted in black. He also informed us how long it would take to arrive, that it would come direct to the house, and basically answered all the questions before we needed to ask them.
Absolute star - exactly what we would hope to have from a staff member - he knew his stuff/where to find the info he didn’t know off the top of his head, and gave us all the info we needed so when we left the store complete with brochure we knew what to order, how far in advance and how. 5* service from Lewis.

This is the first time that we have had a kitchen planned and I can say that it was a lot less stressful than I thought. I really needed a guide to help us through the process and Carl Price was our designer and planned our kitchen. He had lots of great ideas and that is exactly what we needed. He wasn't happy until we were happy and now I am really happy with the results. The staff in the branch were very helpful, friendly and gave great service.

This was the second time we saw Mr Carl Price, the first was at our house and the second time in the store. Carl really knows his kitchens and helped us choose the best one for our home. His knowledge really helped us and we can not recommend him enough.

Came to Wickes for a bathroom refurb, Carl Price was assigned to design it, he was very helpful and professional, very thorough and friendly.

Designed what seems to be the perfect bathroom for me. You can really tell he loves his job.

Needed some help with buying some paint and Victoria was very helpful. Been to this store many times and all the staff has been fantastic.

Carl was my design consultant and from the moment he came to my door, he made me feel completely at ease and was very receptive to any hesitations or changes I wanted to make. He then sat with me for 3 hours in store to ensure I was 100% happy with everything and was more than happy to take a little extra time or go back and make edits to make sure my bathrooms were exactly as I wanted them. I made it clear from the start that I had a budget and he was very honest and said he would be able to help me make cost effective decisions throughout, which he did. Incredibly knowledgeable and competent at his job and would definitely recommend!

My driver Chris provided outstanding service today. When I explained that the replacement fence panel was to stop a neighbour's vicious Alsation from getting into my garden again, he insisted on not leaving it in the garage, but getting through the undergrowth and putting the fence in the gap, despite the danger that a dangerous dog could appear at any time. Absolutely outstanding service.

Rob Kilsby was fantastic he was very professional and guided us through the home visit and design process, nothing was too much trouble and went the extra mile to make sure we had what we had in mind and gave us ideas we hadn’t thought of. Would highly recommend great design consultant.

Carl Price was very helpful in the design of our kitchen, very informative on all appliances and cupboards etc. Happy to amend design and styles etc.he was always friendly and open to our suggestions. An all
round taxing but enjoyable experience.

Very happy with our new kitchen, Carl price -design consultant listened to what we wanted, gave advice and some suggestions we wouldn't have thought about and designed us a fabulous kitchen.
