Wickes - Lincoln Reviews 

Harry mixed some paint for us and was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had a problem with the the colour mix but he was equally helpful when we had to go back and sort it out.

Made a mistake with the tiles I bought and everyone was more than helpful when I returned to change them especially Harry who helped by unloading first lot of tiles and then loading second lot into my car. Thank you.

Really excellent help from Design Consultant Carl Price at Wicks in Lincoln when we chose to refurbish our en-suite. He has expert knowledge on all items on display, and alternatives that we had not considered. Carl produced for us a splendid plan with photos which is just what we wanted. Looking forward to the installation.

LIAM at the Lincoln Branch was superb in helping us to choose paints for our home, his customer service is excellent.

Carl was friendly, easy to talk to and listened to our requirements then advised and suggested, he was informative and not at all pushy.
On the home visit he was honest when something he had suggested in store, in reality, wouldn t have worked have worked which was appreciated

We were in need of a new kitchen and Carl Price was a great help listening to our requirements, making suggestions and offering ideas whilst being mindful of our budget.
We had a home visit from Carl who is clearly experienced, resulting in an excellent design. With some tweeks made whilst in store viewing the 3D plan and useful mock up doors and handles, choices were easily made and we can't wait for it to come to life, thank you.

We wanted a new kitchen, Rob carried out a home visit and noted our requirements. He drew up the design and explained each element to us at the store
He showed us exactly what we were buying, right down to the shape of taps.
The 360 ° kitchen design was shown to us on screens on store and emailed to us.
His immense depth of knowledge was obvious as was his understanding of our requirements.

Our Design Consultant was warm, cheerful and very helpful. Quick to hear our thoughts and with her expertise and suggestions put together a plan. Patient to a fault with our deliberations, she gauged our mindset and worked with us. Our bathroom is yet to be installed but the process thus far has been a very positive experience.

Carl Price is an asset to Wickes Lincoln. We have had a lot of fun over the last few months planning and designing our new kitchen and can't wait to see the hard work be brought to life. His passion and enthusiasm to kitchen design has meant we now have the kitchen of our dreams. Nothing is too much to ask, and whatever you need he will try his best to create, while also offering his expert advice too. Couldn't recommend him enough.

We recently decided to replace our kitchen. After considering the verity of suppliers we felt that the Wickes offer would be the best.
After measuring up and having an idea of he layout we visited the Wickes store in Lincoln. After looking around we booked an appointment with Carl Price. At the appointment Carl went through our ideas and with his expertise and experience he suggested some improvements and produced a layout for us to see.
As a true professional he arranged a home visit to check our measurements, during the visit a second appointment the store was arranged to finalise the layout and cost.
In summary, the way Carl engaged and helped improve our ideas was more than we could have expected and would have no doubt recommending them him. Please pass on our thanks to Carl for his understanding, experience and very friendly manner.

Went to Wickes with a good idea of what we wanted and some rudimentary drawings. Having spent time looking at lots of kitchens on display the Sofia model stood out for us. We then spoke with Carl Price (Design Consultant) who having listened to us, was able to advise and guide regarding the choices available regarding every aspect of the kitchen. Throughout the process Carl’s focus was on helping us to achieve what we wanted too rather than any hidden agenda. Following what was an impromptu appointment we arranged for Carl to visit our home and carry out a comprehensive survey. Armed with this information he was able to accurately draw and design our kitchen. On our returning to Wickes the following day Carl was able to show us a CAD designed virtual model of our kitchen. At this point Carl was happy to discuss every detail and make any adjustments. Carl was happy to look at any alternatives and provide us with cost comparisons. Again Carl’s focus being on what we wanted and what we were comfortable with. Throughout the process Carl very professional and knowledgeable, he was most helpful without being pushy and made the experience enjoyable.

Carl at Lincoln has been great. Just ordered a kitchen drawn up by him. Everything from the initial visit, home consultation and final design have gone smoothly. Carls taken our requirements on onboard and also come up with some good ideas which helped with the cost of the project. Been looking around at several kitchens but Wickes by far had the best selection and we really liked the mock up area where you can mix and match cupboard doors, handles and worktops to find exactly what you are looking for.

Arrived looking for a garden shed,only had 1 in store, which was far too small.

We arrived in your Lincoln Store and expectations were exceeded . Carl Price is an absolute credit to your business! He offered us fantastic service, wonderful choices & an amazing experience! He was patient , listened to our needs and delivered our ultimate kitchen ! My husband, who is usually reluctant to make a choice , without gathering other quotes , signed up with Wickes without hesitation. If possible I would give this service 11/10 !!

Carl was able to work with our budget using a mix of cabinet ranges to get exactly what we wanted. Any changes or tweaks were met with no drama 😀

Excellent discussions with Carl Price (Design Consultant) about our potential plans. He was polite, knowledgeable & thought through our needs in a friendly manner, recommending practical options, but not afraid to change them when we asked.

Carl Price was our consultant and he made our experience of buying a kitchen pleasurable and not at all stressful. He thought about what we wanted and how our lifestyle would fit in with the kitchen. He gave us different ideas to think about, was very professional and put a lot of thought into the planning of it all. Everything was done in one day, from coming out to view our kitchen space and drawing it, to seeing the finished design on the computer later on, on the same day. We are very excited to be having a new kitchen.

My daughter and I visited Wicks in Lincoln and was warmly approached by Liam, asking if he could assist. I was completely at a loss of what I needed and Liam couldn't have been more helpful and honest.

If Liam was unsure of something he was truthful about not knowing and went to find out the answers. Liam was very patient and helpful advising what I needed.

He carried the paint and a few other things to the checkout and then waited at the till and took it to my car for me. Liam was helping me for a while and I said i hoped he hadn't gone over his finish time. He said no, still got 4 minutes to go, but said, he would never leave a customer he was helping just because his shift had finished.

If there was a survey on Liam I would rate him 10/10 for everything, his customer service skills are impressive.

Would I recommend Wicks from this experience - Yes absolutely.
