I had a really positive experience with kitchen designer Carl Price. This was the first time I had purchased a kitchen and I wasn’t really sure what to expect but Carl explained everything really clearly. He was polite and courteous when he came to my home to measure the room and was really helpful in suggesting a design that could work for the space when I didn’t really have an idea of what I wanted. Carl was open and honest about pricing and different products. I did not feel pressured at all at any point to buy. Carl was very responsive whenever I had a query.

I had a wonderful kitchen designer, Carl Price at the Lincoln store, who spent about 6 hours over three appointments designing the exact kitchen I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. He had the patience of a saint. I changed my mind many times, but nothing phased him. He gave me all the time I needed to get it right.

We always find Carl Price to be very professional, very enthusiastic about what he’s doing. You know that he will do an excellent job. He listens to your ideas and then helps to get them on paper and uses his expertise to make sure it happens.

We had Carl Price design our bathroom in lincoln, Superb! We had seen Carl about a kitchen last year and decided his attention to detail and flair were what we needed for this project.

Wickes kitchens had plenty of choice and something for every taste. No pushy sales but help and advise if you need it. Looked around other suppliers but ended up back at Wickes. Had MJ Smit kitchen designer come to our home to measure and design our new kitchen. Our old kitchen came from Wickes 30 years ago, so we’re back for another.

Carl Price at lincoln has made ordering a kitchen very pleasurable . His product knowledge and attention to detail is impressive . At no time did I feel the way he was treating us was a sales pitch . Wickes is the only kitchen supplier that is able to fulfil our kitchen needs . So happy with our plan 😃 My only observation would be that’s very cold in the store . Thank you 🥰

We had measured and planned our kitchen but sitting with Carl Price we found several tweeks that could be made and with examples of the tweeks withinn the showroom we were able to agree or not on same, during the first visit we said yes to everything we could then went away to look at everything in depth for a week before going back and agreeing further changes befor placing order.All in all a pleasurable experiance with no pressure to buy or compromise. Carl was a very personable and competant planner who understood our aims well. Thankyou 😎

I use my local branch quite regularly but recently almost daily as daughter has bought a house.when they brought out their discount card I applied but never got a card.it is now only open to smartphone owners which seems rather harsh on those of us who still rely on older phones.perhaps I should refer to the echr.

So far just had the initial appointment with Robert from the Lincoln branch but very impressed - suggested things that we didn't know about and because of his experience as an installer was able to tell us what was practically possible and what wasn't. Follow up appointment next week.

Carl Price is highly professional, he listened to our needs and went above our expectations. We felt completely confident that our order has been placed correctly and full support will be available through tot th e end of our kitchen installation. We will return without doubt for a bathroom

Carl Price what a great guy, he stoped on his way out to help us and then when we went back later he planed all our kitchen, after he had done it he told us to think about it before buying. We found that very useful as we went home and re planed it. Carl then came to our house and gave us more good advice.
Today we finalised our kitchen and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Carl and Wickes for friendly service.

Our designer was with us from the very start til the very end, any assistance or help was outstanding.

Over the last few weeks we have been dealing with Rob the kitchen designer, who came to the house to give us suggestions and listen to our requirements in a new kitchen.

He designed the layout and over the past few weeks we have visited the showroom to liaise and adjust things here and there.

Rob has been a great help, he is very approachable and friendly and we now look forward to having the kitchen installed in the New Year.

Design Consultant, Carl Price at Lincoln, was excellent, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, excellent listener and communicator, we had every confidence that we were being given excellent advice and support to achieve the kitchen we wanted and Carl explained all the steps and provided designs to review that were easy to go through and understand

We had a great experience designing our kitchen with Carl. He understood our style perfectly, making tasteful suggestions that matched what we had envisioned perfectly. He was fully supportive with including dream components within our kitchen - including the dog area!!! Overall, Carl made the whole experience enjoyable, making sure to include all 3 of us in decisions, listening and being able to address any concerns/adjustments appropriately.

Expert Bathroom Designers!
We requested a home design consultation, Carl Price came out to measure and start the design process, he was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted to achieve. He spent a great deal of time discussing options and explaining the process to us in detail.

When we went to the shop to review the designs, he was in no way impatient while we discussed changes and alterations to the design making sure we were absolutely happy and giving us ideas we hadn't thought about. He worked within our budget and made suggestions for cost cutting where we needed it.

We are yet to have the bathroom fitted, but the entire design and order process have been so easy and straightforward. Would thoroughly recommend (would also recommend Carl for his patience and overall manner!)

I would like to put forward 2 employees of Wicks at Lincoln for recommendation- Ayesha on the till was very helpful showing me a range of hinges on the computer and getting the store assistant Niahm to show me the hinges on the shelves. When checked there wasn't the hinges I required so Niahm went to the trouble of advising me where I might get some from looking on her phone to show me the antique centre where I might get them. Both ladies were very bright and cheery, polite and willing to help.
