So today I brought a pack of architrave,2 of them where like an Australian boomerang so had to go back to store.
Elaine was more than understandable and replacements were handed back within a spit second .WELL DONE WICKS.😁

I’m really pleased with the bathroom. The designer, James Gurley-Walker, was very helpful and accommodating. He had good ideas and was open to mine. The fitters were excellent. The quality of the bathroom is excellent. I’m really pleased with the final thing. The delivery, however, was a dog’s dinner with essential items - shower and shower screen - missing. The fitters sorted that out for me. And why cant flooring be part of the design package? It’s downstairs, I was told. That bit is a little mystifying.

Elaine at the Long Eaton store was so helpful. She took me to find a product and gave me great advice. Nothing was too much trouble. It was refreshing.

We have just opened a CIC called Our Crafty Place in Ilkeston and so contacted the Long Eaton Wickes to see if they could help with a donation towards refurbishing our building. We only have praise for Desiree Murdoch who looked after us so well. She was prfoessional and friendly throughout our contacts - a real credit to the company. Thank you so much to all at Wickes who provided us with brushes and Hammerite to bring back the railings in the front garden to their former glory and for the Push Button Lock for our office door. The lock is reliable and sturdy and really easy to use. We are so very grateful for the donation and feel honoured to have received the items. Once again - thanks all, especially the lovely Desiree!

Iv just purchased some goods at Wickes in Long Eaton and the service was first class. Desiree served me and she was absolutely brilliant. It is the 2nd time in the last month that she as helped me out and I'm so grateful to her. I also want add how clean the toilets are. They were so clean. Once again a massive thank you to Desiree .I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Nick is great! He took an intensive look at our spaces and listen closely to our requirements.
He even knew what colours we would prefer before we did!
His years of experience really shine through and he is extremely patient and knowledgeable.

Neil came to design our kitchen and bathroom, excellent service and communication from start to finish and the designs are perfect for us. The delivery came on the day we specified too which was helpful

Visited the Long Eaton store today. Assisted by Elaine and she was very helpful and professional. Happy to show me exactly what I needed. Would recommend this store and definitely will be going back for all our DIY and gardening needs. Great customer service

I recommend Wicks my experience was brilliant . James helped me design my kitchen and was very thorough and professional. My kitchen arrived on the date given and my kitchen fitter Mark was very neat and tidy and made such a lovely job , I am delighted with my new kitchen and also thanks to the electrician and gas fitter .

Absolutely disgusting customer service today at Long Eaton. Wasted an afternoon waiting in for a delivery that never came. Shop manager not available, Duty Manager, who refused to give me her full name, Amanda, did not care that my delivery has not arrived. She said she didn’t know a new time when it would arrive. She said she didn’t know anything she claimed and blamed City Sprint (delivery company) and told me to talk to them! They knew that the delivery company had not arrived at 7am this morning. I will go to B&Q in the future and for a new kitchen.

Following a home visit I visited the store to meet with Nick and go through the designs for en-suite, main bathroom and downstairs cloaks. Friendly relaxed and helpful with everything I wanted ending with a reasonable price and everything ordered without pressure

From the start of the process of having the new kitchen, to the design right through to the fitting, the service was excellent. Neil was very good at helping and recommending what would suit our kitchen. The appliances are excellent. Cabinets are of quality.
And Mark, the installer was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and well pleased
