Absolutely terrible attitude with the female staff member at the sore today. I asked to see about a M class hover she shrugged her head as if I was talking another language and to get help about a hover. To be told go online and find it yourself. Very rude old lady think her customer service skill are none existent. Very rude bad attitude. You might as well close the stores down make it all on line and collection points without staff with bad attitude. Shocked to be fair I shop in wick quite often and today I think I'll take my business else where that's how angry I am

I recently had my kitchen designed at Wickes and just had to leave a review for Mizan, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

As a customer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mizan was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knows his craft inside out. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered brilliant suggestions, and guided me through every step with patience and professionalism.

What really stood out was how much effort he put into making sure everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. His attention to detail and genuine care for getting the best result really shows.

I’m so happy with the final design—it’s even better than I imagined, and that’s all thanks to Mizan. He’s a huge asset to Wickes, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to design their kitchen.

Thank you again, Mizan! Its a shame you had an arrow to the knee, i think your modelling career could have also taken off... I will return for my Bathroom Design and Solar from you :)

We have just had our fabulous new kitchen fitted by Wickes and we could not be more delighted. Our Design Consultant Camraan Hamid was so professional extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout. He listened to what we wanted gave us great ideas and designed our kitchen better than we thought possible. Our Wickes Fitter Ben Furze was just fantastic ultra reliable he ran every element of the job coordinating other tradesmen (who were all great) his work was immaculate nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Wickes Minworth and both Camraan and Ben.
Shout out to the delivery men too they were also great.

Maddie Hammond has been amazing from the get go she has been professional very helpful has good knowledge she has gone over and above to help me.

I came to make a return and Demi was the manager dealing with it, she has been outstanding in terms of customer service and manners. She kindly and efficiently dealt with my issue and was so lovely , I highly recommend Demi she was a delight throughout the whole process

I was trying to find a certain paint, which showed there were 3 in store. I looked everywhere for it before Harry came to my rescue. He looked in store and couldn't find any. He then went back into the storeroom and after some considerable time, found a can. It was hidden behind other cans and Harry could have easily given up. Thank goodness he didn't. One satisfied customer and client.

Demi came over to us looking at wall tiles ,she helped us calculate how many tiles we needed her knowledge was great,she also came to till point with us and put through our purchase for delivery

I had such a great experience with Mizan at the Minworth branch when we were exploring kitchen options. His depth of knowledge and friendly personality made the experience very pleasant, I highly recommend the Minworth branch for a kitchen.

We had a new kitchen supplied and fitted by wickes witch was everything we wanted this started with the design and was carried out by camraan who did everything he said he would do he was excellent in the way he designed our kitchen so friendly and communicated throughout the procedure ending in a beautiful kitchen we both never thought could be possible many thanks to wickes but a special mention for camraan who we still keep in contact with from time to time.
