Friendly and helpful, great deal
Thanks so much for helping us through the process of buying our first kitchen and making it as seamless as possible when we weren't sure where to start or what we wanted. Special thanks to Anne, Hannah, Getriin, Geoff and James who were all so helpful and a pleasure to speak to. We will certainly be back when it's time to do the bathroom!

Delivery failed to happen
Delivery of aggregate booked. Spent all day in waiting. No text to advise of delivery slot. Kept tracking order, then it said problem with order. No phone call, knock on door nothing. I contacted customer service git an excuse that one of the bags was split, I asked for a refund, for which they have to contact the store. As if by magic they had a technical IT fault at the shop and customer service. Poor service , won't shop there again.
