Paula was very helpful and kind when we went to the store and asked for advice.

Jon assisted me today in loading my car of sand & cement. He was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend!!

Regularly visit Wickes as I am a builder, always have exactly what I need and greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Frequently deal with Paula and she will always go out of her way to go above and beyond to get any thing I need.

Jon was absolutely amazing today with helping my purchase for the no soil sand as didn’t realise quite how heavy it was going to be, so he offered to carry it for me to my car! Absolutely fantastic customer service from him! 5 stars!!!

Beware - if I could give a zero I would!!! Considering Wickes for a kitchen, we arranged a design appointment. Was given a 2 hour appointment slot. After 2 weeks following the appointment, we were hit with a parking fine because their stores are on private land where a 90 minute restriction is in place. To say we were surprised and angry was an understatement. The store designer did not even tell us about the restriction either. There are signs apparently in their car parks, but just be vigilant, if you are given a 2 hour appointment slot, be aware after 90 minutes you are liable for a parking fine. Wickes you need to change your policies so other customers are not stung with this fine!! Our appeal was rejected.

Upon arriving at the store I couldn't find a couple of items I required. I had snapshot the items from the app & showed the to the lady cashier named Paula. She couldn't have been more helpful & directed to to the items immediately. This made my visit very easy and made my shopping experience pleasant.

Wickes kitchen rep continues to be really brilliant in helping my daughter get her dream kitchen. He deserves a higher rating than is possible on Trustpilot. I have included the latest order number so Wickes and only Wickes can identify him.

Jon was incredibly helpful with my click and collect order. Being a wheelchair user I find things like this daunting however Jon pulled the trolley to my vehicle and helped me load. He was very friendly and chatty. Thank you very much Jon.

Helpful, polite and friendly team at Wickes Norwich. Staff here remember your face and your projects AND your pets. A real pleasure to go to this store. They’re not just standing around chatting but will chat while they’re serving or helping you to the car. I have been shopping here for 3 years and I confess this is one of the only times I have given feedback although it is well deserved. Thankyou Jon and Tracy, today for your efficiency and smiles

Third time Wikes has let me down with delivery’s Took me a month to get my last order after cancellations and constantly on the phone to reorder after allegedly damaged goods Just phoned me to say latest order can’t deliver today as driver sick ( took til 10 to notify ) and earliest next week. Don’t intend to spend more time on chasing why it won’t get delivered again Total rubbish company and asked money back.

Despite several attempts to gain a resolution to our ongoing complaint (since November) we are still no further forwards!
Disgusting company, avoid at all costs. I would rather have kept my old kitchen than have to deal with Wickes in Norwich for our new one. Their customer service is appalling and their Customer Resolutions Team are not capable of resolving anything. Avoid if you can!

This is purely a review about the bathroom designer who helped me at the Wickes in Norwich...not had bathroom fitted yet.
Laini was great! Really helpful, knew exactly what she was talking about and has a great sense of humour too.
She made the whole (potentially very tedious) experience really enjoyable and if you know nothing about bathrooms then she's the woman you need to see.
