Brilliant service, thank you Shashi at Perry Barr, Birmingham

We had a bathroom installation from Wickes Perry Barr. The shower bath was delivered damaged and was replaced. The installation was completed in January but we have the damaged bath in our front garden and all attempts to get it picked up are ignored. They only want your money. I am going to cancel the direct debit until it is picked up.

Had a call from Matt, Operations Manager at Perry Barr. As soon as he became aware of the situation, Matt escalated the problem and gave me a firm pick up date. Matt was very apologetic. I accept the apology and all is well.

Very pleasant experience. Found staff to be very helpful, especially Shaiba who helped us with our order and our additional click and collect order in another store. Very polite and very willing to help. Thankyou so much!!

I received great customer service from Shaiba each time I have visited this store recently. I had some issues with colour matching paint but received good support to rectify the issues and Shaiba also helped with choosing alternatives to meet my needs.

I have shopped quite frequently at the perry barr branch and I can say the staff are helpful and polite and special thanks to Julie who saved ne having to make a double trip (part missing)

Danielle was very helpful when I visited the store. She was able to show me where an item was, I wouldn’t have been able to tell she was only working on the store for a few days.

I spoke to pinny this morning on the phone and she very helpful. It was first visit to Perry Barr and I can’t recommend this store or the staff enough. Pinny and Teresa were particularly helpful with my purchase

My kitchen was installed in Oct 2019 and soon after I experienced issues with the worktops that were out of alignment. Wickes sent in another installer to carry out remedial work. A few months later same issue appeared and Wickes sent in another installer. This process continued for several months, I had to empty the kitchen units every time. This back and forth has continued until now 2026. The issue has been that the installers are sub contracted and no monitoring or after work is completed is carried out by Wickes. The company has been very difficult to deal with and yesterday Wickes decided that they were not going to carry out and further remedial work. Please do not buy from WICKES, after sales service is non existent. When something goes wrong they are not interested.

A fantastic experience during a recent bathroom design appointment. Karen Khan, the design consultant was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process effortless. Karen offered thoughtful guidance, practical advice and plenty of creative ideas that helped shape my ideal bathroom while respecting my vision. What could have been overwhelming ended up being enjoyable and hassle free. I left feeling confident, inspired and excited about the final design. Highly recommended

Fabulous service by andre richards at the perry barr extra store. Was very patient with us. Showed us the different options we could have with our utility room until we found the right one for us.
Although the shop was nearly shut he didnt rush us to finish off the final design . A credit to the store. Can't wait for it all arrive and finish off the room.
