Another great visit today at Perry Barr. Was given a pin pointed location for an item and I found it exactly where the lady directed me to, how amazing is that! A store that big I'm surprised any staff memorised products. I would've never found the product by myself though. Thanks to Shaiba for helping me out, again.

Thankyou Richard at Perry Barr
I am disabled and get around on crutches. I purchased three heavy bags of cobblestones at the Perry Barr store. The staff were very helpful when I enquired where they were , it turns out they were outside a long way from the store entrance. A staff member named Richard was extremely helpful and went the length of the store and loaded up a trolley for me, escorted me to the checkout and then loaded the bags into my car. He was a credit to Wickes and, being a recently disabled person I greatly appreciated his consideration.
