I use this store regularly. I'm in the trades and visit suppliers like Wickes all the time - but it's rare to find a server like Julie.
She ALWAYS remembers me and asks how things are ... more than that, she seems actually interested in my answers.
She's friendly, helpful snd efficient. Perfect experience for any customer.

Daljit Ruprai in Wickes Perry Barr awful experience
I took off time from work and caught a taxi to Wickes in Perry Barr.
Appointment was booked with Daljit Ruprai the design consultant he refused to see me and instead was serving another customer in my booked slot.
I have raised a complaint about him with very poor customer service and unprofessional.

customer service issue resolved
Booked an initial telephone consultation for a bathroom. At booking slot, no phone call, so I phoned the store. Advised the staff member was in a meeting - no apology. I requested a follow up email, none received.
I assume poor customer service at the initial enquiry stage with no follow up isn’t what Wickes aim to deliver. Disappointing service
Post edit Manager called after seeing this post. Apologised and said it was a computer error. I’ve rebooked and changed my star review.
