This is what great customer service looks like
I would just like to say a huge thank you to Steve for being so helpful and going above and beyond to help me with my purchase ( railway sleepers and accessories) Steve couldn't have been more helpful with helping me load the sleepers, choosing the right accessories that I need to complete the boarder and then to help me load them all into my car. This is what great customer service looks like and Steve is an asset to Wickes.
Anyone reading this should ask for Steve when you next go in.

Put simply….. every Wickes should have a Colin. What an absolute ambassador for customer service he is. He helped me out in the Peterborough store with my paint order and requirements (Knotted Twine) both over the phone and in the store, and in all instances was sincere and very helpful.
