Needed some advice and help. Dan was very knowledgeable and very considerate as my husband is partially deaf. Dan helped us with everything we needed. An absolute credit to Wickes Peterborough. Will definitely ask for him in the future. Great guy. Certainly deserves some recognition.

Very happy with my experience in store today. Colin and Sarah were both very helpful. Offering help and providing information about services and offers that will be very useful with my current and upcoming projects.

Just been into the Peterborough store for tiles. I’m an amputee and knew I would struggle with the tiles needed. There was a young man going through some paint and it looked like he was in the middle of something. I approach and asked him if once he was finished could he help me with some tiles. He jumped up and said he would help me straight away. He checked what I needed and loaded my trolley for me, he asked if he could help me to my car with them and he waited with me while I paid. Nothing was too much to ask and he loaded my car for me. Thank you Josh, you’re a credit to the store!

Waited for an email to confirm an appointment and be able to send some pictures what I would like as she has promised to email after home measurements. Very disappointed after second meeting in store, the quote we got was the most expensive items added to the order, never asked my budget and that wasn't included even tiles. When asked about tiles and brighter colours been told that she doesn't like bright colours and get overwhelmed. Why then doing designer stuff at all.

The staff are very helpful and have time to assist especially Steve L who explained and organised my Wickes pro application that is a good discount for my business

I enquired about a product via a telephone call and spoke to a staff member called Colin. He was helpful and gave me the information I needed. I then went to my local Wickes store and needed help getting the large storage boxes that I needed to the till and to my car. It was the same Colin! He was super helpful and a credit to the store, so polite. From my experiences I would recommend Wickes (Peterborough)

From the start of the process, the Wickes design team made it easy to find the best solutions and best kitchen for our needs. From the initial home visit to the design and PC examples before we decided on the final designs and costs at the Wickes Peterborough Store with the designer, Catherine Wheatley. Catherine was able to identify just what we needed with the space we had available and it has transformed the kitchen and utility spaces. Thereafter the chosen installers were professional throughout. Knowing what was involved even when small issues arose. Wickes and the installers are very much recommended.

Colin was great and went the extra mile to get what I was looking for at the Peterborough store. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

We inquired about a replacement of our existing cloakroom. The “designer” who showed up was extremely dismissive but went ahead and did some cursory measurements. He quoted c£600 for the figments. He then said the cost of installation would be around £5,000 but he would go back to the store and do a more accurate estimate . It was obvious he thought our project was beneath him. Needless to say 2 months later we have not heard from him .

To put this in perspective our normal plumber has just completed the job and in addition installed a heated towel rail and done a boiler service. In total including providing the new fitments his bill was £960. Less than a fifth of Wickes’ installation quote!

Dan in the Peterborough branch was extremely helpful. Excellent customer service. I will definitely come back again.

Sarah was exceptional, she quickly oriented me to the delivery charge for a sheet of ply and helped me make a purchase - also registered me for wickes discount - highly recommend

Trade discount. In and out early morning, no fuss. Always got stock and helpful staff , kitchen & bathroom showroom is fantastic! competitive,knowledgeable designers that keep you up to date with new trends.

We order many wooden joists from this store recently and returned today to report to them that unfortunately a couple of the joists were a bit warped. In hindsight, we should have checked the joists before delivery. The gentlemen there, Joel, he went above and beyond to replace the two joists and sent them out for free delivery to us for tomorrow. Perfect. Many thanks Joel. We have used Wickes in Peterborough a lot since it opened and have always been happy with our service.

Went in panicked over a tile issue and a hole in my shower. Joel talked me through the whole process and how to sort it. Put me right at ease and I was able to get all the materials in store!
