Sal was fantastic and listened to exactly what we wanted for our perfect kitchen. He gave us ideas to improve our design to make it look and work better. We definitely recommend wickes for a kitchen and can't wait to see the finished result.

I would not recommend the design team at Pudsey Branch. The staff are very rude and disinterested. I was invited to the store to visit the design team. Once I arrived they had left. I booked an appointment for a home visit to measure up for the kitchen. The man then rang me and asked what I wanted and when, his manners and tone were implying that he was asking me if it was worth his time and treating the appointment as an inconvenience . He clearly didn't want to come. I asked outright if he was trying to put me off because that's how he was coming across. He said he wasn't. He reluctantly agreed to keep an appointment to measure up. He then asked if I had any pets and was clearly unhappy when I said I did. He then called me back in under 20 minutes to cancel the appointment and he told me to go elsewhere. If I could give zero stars then I would. Altogether a rude, disrespectful and time wasting experience.

Called in for some compost. Who knew so many different types and brands and I’m not a gardener by any means. A member of staff was nearby so I asked if he could help. Turns out Logan (from his name plate) knew a good deal more than me and I left with exactly what I needed and he was a pleasure to chat to. Thank you

Just wanted to commend the delivery driver at Wickes in Leeds, (Pudsey).. he's delivered several times to us in Morley now and what a lovely, helpful, cheerful man he is. Refreshing and a great advocate of customer service.

Had great advice in store from Andrew and Sarah who even helped me locate the items in store, found exactly what I needed.

We recently purchased a Style Kitchen. Nazeema Shah was our design consultant, she was absolutely brilliant. When she came to our home to measure she was very polite and courteous. We had an idea in mind, Nazeema suggested ways to improve on it. When we went into store to see her design we were very impressed with the improvements she had made. She was also very helpful at suggesting wall tiles and flooring that would compliment the kitchen we had chosen. I would highly recommend her.

I have recently had a kitchen supplied and installed by Wickes Pudsey. Sal was very helpful in designing the kitchen, and answering any questions about the process.
The kitchen looks superb and I'm overall very pleased with the result

Easy to order on line and click and collect. Staff at Wickes Pudsey were very helpful when I went to pick up the lawnmower and carried the item to my car. Very pleasant

Came in to purchase some paintbrushes. The assistant was too busy chatting to her colleague about a doctors appointment, she never acknowledged me.
I think this is poor customer service

James at the Pudsey store went out of his way to help our community project. We needed a less common type of toilet for our bowling pavilion and he was able to provide everything we needed. We are now providing more facilities to support local female teams.
