we went to Rugby Wickes today and purchased compost etc, when we went to pay the lady asked if we were okay putting it in the car, we are but as i explained that store is the only store that ever asks if we can put in the car and it is so nice and thoughtful, hazel the staff member was very kind

The lady hazel and the gentleman Carlos have always been so helpful and friendly when I have been into the store, they always have time to help with any needs and genuinely seem like people who enjoy their job which is a rarity these days!

My experience with Wickes Rugby was excellent and i cannot fault the designer Ryan MERRIDEW in any way. Ryan was very helpful, explained processes and worked with us to create an excellent kitchen. It was logistically difficult in that we live in the Rugby area but the kitchen was for a property in Cornwall however Ryan kept us informed every step of the way, sorted out amendments according to our wishes as they arose and ensured the project kept on track.

There were some issues between ordering and installation which i do not want to dwell on here as they have been resolved in the most part and should not reflect negatively on Ryan.

Ryan assisted with those issues also and even took calls/sent e-mails on his days off to guarantee the project was completed on time as we had some time constraints.

We are extremely pleased with the end result which looks stunning and very functional. Very please with Ryan and the quality of the kitchen.

I came in looking for some paint for my garden fence and was helped by Brady. He was excellent and extremely helpful.

Carlos at the Rugby branch is always friendly, happy and helpful.
I really thought he was the manager of the store , he should be.
Always a fantastic service.

Needed a new kitchen and decided on one from Wickes at Rugby with the help of Calum. First time have used kitchen installers so was not sure what to expect. Kenan of Kenan's Kitchens came to see what was required and arranged a start date. With Mo's help the old kitchen was removed and everything stripped back ready for a fresh start. Kenan arranged for electrician to come and then the refit began. They both worked really hard in the hot weather to instal it.
I now have a lovely new kitchen.

Ryan was amazing. He came round to our house promptly and planned us a fabulous bathroom. Our bathroom is definitely quirky and hard to plan something in, we’ve been told previously that we couldn’t have anything we wanted. Ryan took the challenge and we were very happy with his attitude. Cannot wait to see the finished product.

Ryan was so helpful and attentive whilst helping myself and my partner in store.

Rugby isn’t our closest store, but we were specifically recommended him by my mother-in-law and it was well worth the travel.

What can I say, a truly pleasant and hardworking young man, he made the whole process seamless. We will definitely be back!

Ryan gave me the best bathroom consultation to date, he didn't push unnecessary add-ons, and is a really pleasant guy.

Design and installation went well, just let down slightly by a faulty cistern that took 2wks to resolve.

I am fed up with buying timber from Wickes that warps and twists after a few days in dry storage. I had to set aside 5 8 foot lengths of 2x4 today because of a 20 degree twist from end to end.

It was a good experience for my partner Val Kilmartin,to purchase our kitchen from Wickes.Puspa my designer helped us to choose what was right for us,and make the most of the space we have.
Kenan Kitchens from Coventry were the fitters who did a great job.My kitchen is just what I wanted.

My husband visited the Rugby store today 24th March to purchase 8 bags of topsoil. He was told “help yourself”. My husband is 80 next month and was offered no help carrying the bags to his car. This left him extremely breathless as he has a bad heart. Disgusting
