I contacted the Rushden Wickes store with regards to a charity fundraising event I was holding in October . A extremely kind and helpful member of staff called Cheyanne Ward got in contact with me and was able to sort out a donation from their charity fund.
I really was blown away by how helpful the wicked team were and their donation towards our fundraising will make a real difference . I wish to say a huge thank you and I promised to keep in contact and let them know how well we do at the event.

My husband and I have been in need of some calico paint for some time - to complete the Nursery! We were approached by a lovely, well mannered young lady, Sophie. She knew exactly where it was, spoke us through the different kinds and helped us choose the perfect one. Fantastic customer service! If our little girl grows up to be anything like Sophie, how proud that would make us!

Olívia was great, she helped me find exactly what I needed and get the biggest bin from outside for me!
So so grateful!! Thank you

Rushden Wickes have been incredibly generous through their Community Programme by donating paint and painting supplies to my school to help us refurbish a space for students. They gave us a huge choice and plenty of time to find what was right. It was great to see they shared the passion we have for making a space feel right. Thank you in particular to Chieyann for organising this. The donation will make a big difference and we are very grateful. Thank you Wickes!

Thank you to Sophie who flagged up the benefits of getting a trade card for me and spent time with me getting me signed up. Very helpful and now saving me money too🤗

Tomorrow I’m having my hallway redone, new flooring and I needed some edging to fill the gap between the flooring and skirting board.
When I got to the till there was a lady there and I asked her if she could find me the price of the edging and this plant pot that I had chosen , she said no problem and told me the final bill.. she said I could save you 10% by filling out some information which she filled out on my behalf and said to download the app.
The lady’s name was Donna, she was so lovely, really bubbly personality and went above and beyond to help me, she didn’t need to and I was really thankful. She was a breath of fresh air and it’s just a shame there’s not more “Donna’s” working in other retail shops. She was really lush.

I visited the Rushden store today looking for a plumbing part. Unfortunately the store did not stock the item but Cheyann googled a store nearby who had the item in stock. Cheyann saved my day, was so very helpful and patient. thank you so much. You are a credit to the store.

My husband and I visited the shop today and had the pleasure of meeting Donna. She was extremely friendly and polite, and she shared a lot of valuable information about insulation and other things we need to know right now.

April was very helpful and smiley, nice to see someone enjoy their job and be genuinely happy to help.

Sophie was brilliant. I new what I wanted but when I went in to get it there was more choice than I thought. Sophie looked it up online for me and answered my questions 👍

I went with a friend to buy some paint and tile edging. I am old and have difficulty walking and we had to ask at the cash point if there were any small trolleys as we couldn't manage the large ones but there weren't any. Sophie came with us to find the 3 different paints we needed and took them back to the cash point while we got the tile trim. Great customer service. Thank you
