Wickes are truly on the ball,
Ordered all my tiles,osb board,laminate floor,wood and glue Saturday, delivered safely before 10am Monday.
I’ve made a few orders with Wickes on line over last couple of months, I cannot fault the products, the service, or anything.
City Sprint delivered all my goods, they are just excellent. Recommend both 100%.

I applied for some funding from Wickes through their community project and liaised with Mike from Sheffield North about what they could provide. Mike was swift in his response and endeavoured to ensure my school received the supplies they needed to help construct a sandpit. He was keen to support and the materials provided have meant that we can provide an interactive outdoor play facility that promotes fun and learning.

First class service from Louis of the kitchen design team! Louis really listened to my ideas and has managed to incorporate all of my wish list in the design for a new kitchen. He is very thorough with measuring and double checking everything, explained things really clearly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Wickes kitchen design and I'm looking forward to seeing the fitting and end result!

We had an excellent experience working with (Louis Love), our kitchen designer. From the very beginning, Louis was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the whole design process. He listened carefully to our ideas and requirements, offering creative suggestions and practical solutions to help us achieve the perfect kitchen for our home.

Sandra (Wickes - Sheffield North) has been absolutely wonderful. She has provided a 5 star service from our first contact with Wickes. Sandra's customer service has been exceptional - She is knowledgeable, patient and very thorough. The whole process of planning and ordering a new kitchen has been so smooth and I would highly recommend Sandra at Wickes. Amazing service!

Came in to buy some materials for my decorating business. The lady on the till was called Julie. She was really helpful, pleasant and polite . A credit to the store.

I applied to the Wickes Community Programme for some items to the set up of our new community tree nursery in Sheffield. I was amazed when just a couple of hours later Mike at the Sheffield North store called me to say they're yours to collect when you can! Amazing service, and we really appreciate the support. Mike was wonderful! Used the community donation service for our school gardening club and was gifted a water butt, plastic greenhouse and some plant pots! The kids will be thrilled! Your community support program is wonderful thank you so much!! Thank you Sheffield North!

To sort a delivery that has not arrived the manager who was very helpful I’m so sorry I forgot your name and managed to sort the problem for me which I was extremely grateful.

I also saw Lindsey who i have met in store a few times now and Lindsey managed to find a colour that I have been looking for over three weeks now and I have now found the exact colour I needed for my bedroom.

I recently contacted Michael at my local Wickes store and explained I was a childminder and that the children are currently building on their understanding of the natural world through planting and hands-on gardening activities. I asked if they had any possible donations for my setting and they donated me several items which included compost and small plant pots.

The manager was so helpful and also entered me into a competition to win a sand pit and I won! I can't believe it! The children absolutely love it! Thank you so much Michael!

From the beginning all the staff at Sheffield North have made the process of updating my kitchen very easy and stress free. The designer, Sandy Bowes, visited my home to measure up and ask me about what I wanted in my new kitchen and then went through the design back in the store. I was so impressed with the design that we booked to have the work done straight away. The fitter (Andy Wright) contacted me to arrange to come to the house and make sure that all the measurements were accurate and that the order covered everything we needed. It was very reassuring to know that the fitter could check all the details before starting the job. Andy dealt with all the other trades (electrician, gas fitter, plasterer) so I didn't have to worry about anything at all while the work was in progress. He always made sure he left me with working taps and drainage at the end of the day even when the kitchen had been stripped back to bricks. His attention to detail and quality of his work were of the highest standard. My cramped old kitchen has now been transformed to a modern, spacious and calm space to cook in. I love it :-) Many thanks to Sandy Bowes at Sheffield North and Andy Wright Installations.

At Wickes Sheffield North. Collect order was damaged, but sorted in advance and to satisfaction. Got a parking fine for overstay, but this was sorted efficiently within days. Can't praise staff and store manager Lindsay highly enough. My go to store for click and collect as well as extensive in shop range. Helpful staff all round.

We are so grateful to Wickes for donating wood and tools to our scout group
They have enabled young people in Sheffield to develop skills for life!
