Wickes - Slough Reviews 

We were so impressed with the service provided by Marius Raaths when we were having our en-suite redone, that we returned to Wickes and had our family bathroom designed by him also. He is personable and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was how we wanted it, providing different options and insight into products. He also helped to ensure installation was organised efficiently.

I would highly recommend Wickes, Slough in particular our kitchen designer Marius Raaths. He listened to our requirements and designed us our dream kitchen. Marius was also helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the appliances when we weren’t sure what to purchase. He went above and beyond for us.

We are currently in the process of having our kitchen replaced. After talking to quite a few kitchen companies we made the choice to go with Wickes kitchens in Slough. The main reason for making this choice was due to design consultant Marius Raaths. From the moment he visited us to the moment we placed the order, he has been nothing but friendly and professional. He came up with the best design for our kitchen, maximising the space available, positively supporting and advising us using his knowledge and expertise. He was very patient, listening to and answering all of our questions, promptly replying to texts, e-mails and phone calls. We can’t wait for our new kitchen, fantastic product and customer service so far - thank you Marius!

Really annoying staff lies after lies I guess they get paid by Wickes. Ordered the whole kitchen including worktops too. 8 weeks ago. As I was still waiting on worktop delivery today 20/09/2024. I had to call and was told not in stock . 👎👎👎👎👎. What a bloody stressful moment

Thank you so much to the kind, polite young man who was so helpful late this afternoon at Wickes in Slough. After asking if I needed assistance, he loaded the bags of “mot sub base” I required onto the trolley, pushed the trolley to the till for me and then loaded the bags into my car. I was extremely grateful as the bags were a lot heavier than I had anticipated.

Great experience with our designer, Jason Fox at the Slough branch. Just bought recently and had no idea about designing a kitchen or bathroom. Jason was very candid and helpful with our designs. He was advising from his own experience which was a lovely personal touch. We don't have the biggest kitchen or bathroom so it was fantastic to see the way he utilised the limited space. Would highly recommend asking for Jason if you're designing at the Slough branch!

Very disappointed with the quality of paint I bought from Wickes and it wasn’t returned as I was told that it’s been opened and I won’t name the staff but he was very aggressive and it’s common sense how would you find the quality of paint if it’s not opened.

I purchased Forest Garden Dip Treated Pale Palisade Picket Fence - 6 x 3ft X 6
The quality was rubbish the build quality was rubbish, the wood panels was rubbish numinous panels were warped or split, nails protruding right though Wickes cannot have any QC for the product
