Update : so, after a smooth start things have not gone quite so well. Kitchen delivered in June as requested and has been fitted. It looks lovely and I'm really pleased with it however, we are struggling with snagging issues. A door (fascia) for a small cupboard wasn't sent with the order. We ask for one but have been sent several carcasses and not the door. We went into store where Daisy and Simon were really helpful. They made enquiries and got us confirmation that the correct item would be sent and it was.... But it was damaged and unusable. Frustrated is not the word I have to say!

We are currently looking to change our kitchen and Wickes were one of three companies we approached to help with this. We have placed an order with the Southampton branch after the amazing help we have had from Josey, the design consultant. This was not the cheapest quote we had but I am confident that everything has been taken into consideration due to the attention we have had. Our kitchen is non standard height so Josey has come up with helpful space utilising ideas and spoken with fitters on how best to overcome our problems with tall units. Looking forward to getting it done and seeing her plan come to fruition

could do instead, if I wanted something easily removable and which I would never otherwise have thought of.

I have been doing a couple of building projects and been using Wicks for the various materials for a new en-suite and Office for my business in my Garage. Nick couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable and gave us great advice-old school service with a smile 👍

We had ordered a toilet online which unfortunately came without the floor fixing kit. I had called customer services and had an awful experience where the line was crackly and I got put on hold for 15mins and then the line just went dead.
I resorted to calling my local store in Southampton and I am so grateful that Adam answered my call.
Adam looked up the toilet online to see if he could find the fixing kit, he then asked a colleague in store and found the missing fixing kit. My husband then drove to store to collect.
Adam was extremely helpful and after an awful phone experience with customer services he really did save us being able to fit our new toilet!

Nick is the person who is very knowledgeable and a true expert at his job. Literally he saved me lots of time and gives great advice.

A few days ago I was in Wickes store in Southampton. I had looked for some parts for attaching my washing machine hose to the pipe. I had some idea what I need, but I wasn't sure. And then came Nick, your colleague. He gave me a very good advice and help me to find the needed parts.
I was so impressed of his knowledge and style of communication.
So, I highly recommend Nick with his expertise and professionalism.

Today we met with Adam and he was more than helpful with our needs and pointing out several ways to achieve them, Thank you.

Outstanding service from Nick at the Southampton store, on Winchester Road. I went into the store to get some wood cut and although the service was closed - Nick had popped in in his day off and helped anyway. He was so helpful, gave my son ear defenders and did a brilliant job. Thanks so much Nick.

Nick (I hope I got the name right!) was very helpful. He offered good advice without being asked and saved me money by suggesting an alternative product that he also cut for me. Great guy!

Went to get some osmo oil, but had to order as what I needed was not in stock. Arrived next day, discount applied.
In the meantime, the staff were as helpful and friendly as could be. Good store, good staff. Ciaran, in this case, specially helpful.
