Hi to all called into Wickes in Southport today very first time specifically looking for help with plumbing parts employee called Craig was at the entrance desk asking him for help he kindly took me over to the plumbing section and within five minutes I had all that was required for the job in hand this employee was very pleasant to talk to friendly and above all very helpful.
Well done Wickes great member of staff here at Southport.

Today I used Click & Collect. Firstly I ‘lost’ my collection code but fortunately Baljit found it for me 🙄. Then Craig offered to help take the heavy goods to my car - which was a God send as I had put my back out yesterday. We also had a delivery booked for today - which arrived on time as usual. Wickes is now my Go To place as I find the prices very reasonable, the delivery charge brilliant and customer care in the store excellent. I cannot fault Wickes and would highly recommend. Thank you guys!

Very helpful staff at the Southport store, Damian helped me to carry an oversized box and load it in the car. I got a great deal on a Ketter store it out box. It was on offer about £40 cheaper than other shops.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the team at Wickes Southport for their outstanding support in helping to facilitate a donation of exterior metal paint from Crown Paints for use at Southport Flower Show/Victoria Park, a local charity and community space.

From the beginning, the staff were professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to supporting a worthwhile community project. Their assistance in coordinating the donation made a real difference and will help us maintain and improve facilities that benefit many local residents and visitors.

We have recently had a new bathroom designed and installed by Wickes and were very happy with the design service and the installation. Our designer Steve Ambler was very friendly and helpful and was able to provide us with everything we needed. We will use Wickes again in the future if we want anything like this again.

A massive shout out to Jack over at the Southport Wickes for his support with our Forest School. We’ve been working on getting our outdoor provision sorted, and Jack made the whole process of securing donations so straightforward and stress-free.
Honestly, it’s refreshing to work with someone who just gets it. He was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went through without any fuss. Having that support has made such a difference in getting our outdoor learning space ready for the kids. Our Design Consultant Steve Ambler was fantastic from start to finish. We had ideas on the 2 bathrooms we wanted renovating which he helped us make reality in the design process. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very adept at using the design technology which is a great tool, the visualisation of plans is brilliant. He explained every facet of what Wickes will provide from their service clearly & concisely, answering any questions in the same manner. The home visit by Steve was great, all of the characteristics & personality of Steve in store translated to the home visit. We now look forward to finalising our installation date with a Wickes approved fitter in due course on both bathrooms. Steve is a great asset to Wickes!

Called into Wicks Southport store was well laid out , staff were really helpful and polite and offered to help seems I was in a wheelchair and items fairly priced

Shirley was amazing really helped us out and sorted my trade account aswell. 5* service.

Ellie was very helpful in getting me the paint colour I wanted mixing.
