Thank you Wickes for your support to the Friends of Ainsdale Village Park via the Wickes Community Programme. The timber we have received will be used to build a second raised planter at the Liverpool Road entrance into the park. Once completed and installed, we will provide photos of both planters.

I am disabled and the staff member called Ellie was so pleasant and helpful. She was on the till but got another member of staff to help me to choose the paint I needed. Ellie also carried the large , heavy paint tins to my car. I will definitely go back to this store

From our first meeting with the kitchen designer Steve Ambler who gave use great advice to the kitchen installer John who kept us informed of every step of the installation . We could not fault the process. We are very pleased with our kitchen.

From start to finish it was a stress free experience. My bathroom designer, Steve Ambler, was great, very friendly and knows his products well. He came and designed my bathroom and it’s now fitted and everything has gone according to plan. The fitter organised by Wickes was excellent too. Steve has been back to check I am pleased with everything and I can’t fault anything. I would definitely recommend you seeing Steve Ambler at Wickes in Southport for your bathroom requirements. Well recommended.

Once again Neil, the store manager at Wickes Southport has come to our aid.
We have recently acquired a new shop in Southport and with only being a charity this obviously stretched our resources, so we put in a plea to Wickes to see if they help us with some paint to get the shop ready for opening, which Neil again kindly sorted out for us for which we are really grateful.
The shop in question is Woodlands Animal Sanctuary charity shop located on East Bank Street and we are hoping to open the beginning Feb all being well.

We had a first rate experience ordering our kitchen. Especially impressed by the consultant who worked with us, Stephen Ambler, as he really listened and understood our request for a simple, basic kitchen and didn’t attempt to persuade us to any upgrades. We have managed to order a good little kitchen that is very cost friendly and will be appropriate to our needs. Happy to recommend Wickes based on our experience.

My kitchen was fitted in April and it is now November. I have had a nightmare with Wickes. I strongly advise you not to go near them.
I have been cc’ing in the director for the last few months to try to get this resolved. Finally the installer sent another electrician out to sign off the original electricians work as he’d gone awol. The new electrician discovered the house wasn’t earthed and so none of these new electrical kitchen items would have tripped. I had to have Scottish powers come out as an emergency and employ and pay for another electrician. I informed Wickes & ccd in the ceo of this immediately informing them of how dangerous this is and the new electrician informed the installer a week ago. I have heard nothing from either. Their original electrician did not inform me of the danger of my electrics and their second electrician left my property without making it safe.
This has been the latest but most dangerous in a long list.

Visited your new store in Southport on Wednesday, was served buy a very friendly person called Shirley, she was very helpful in helping me with what I needed with a nice attitude and with a smile, thanks Shirley and wickes Southport
