So easy to set up a home visit for measurements for my kitchen, plan was done quick and easy really helpful and provides ideas to utilise space.Charlie was amazing with all the questions I had excelled customer service and very knowledgeable.

The team at Wickes (Charlie in particular!) made the process of designing our bathroom so simple and easy! A great knowledge of products, suggestions and guidance, I’d highly recommend and would definitely use again!

We went into Wickes Staines this evening to have Dulux tester pots mixed and nothing was too much trouble for Kyro, the sales assistant. He was polite, and did his very best to accomodate us. Many thanks Kyro - we will very back once we have decided on our paint.

I have just purchased my third Wickes kitchen, this time from the Staines branch. The kitchens are always high quality and, as we fit them ourselves, straightforward to install. Design Consultant, Charlie Taylor was great, professional, knowledgeable and very patient with all my changes!

Charlie at Wickes Kitchen design department is fantastic. She made what could have been a stressful process...fun, informative and she is a great graphic designer. She listened, measured up and came up with some terrific ideas for what is quite a big project and has taken around 15 years to materialize! I have just placed the order today and now can't wait for the kitchen to be delivered and my guys to install! Most of all she took time, made appointments for me to pop in to chat things through, seamlessly made changes and adapted things so that we got the perfect design! Use Charlie!!!

We have just been through the design and purchase stage with Wickes. So far it's been great. Charlie in the Staines store has been very helpful, honest, transparent and efficient. She is really reassuring and has done a great job. We were impressed with the speed of the services and looking forward to the next steps meeting the installer.

Vasuki at the Staines Branch was so helpful today. I purchased two water butts which she went with a trolley to get them for me. She also wheeled them to my car and loaded them for me.

Charlie at the Staines branch has been great. She was very patient and offered suggestions when we needed help. A home visit from Charlie confirmed our measurements were correct so we could be assured all was okay.

I recently had a new kitchen installed by Wickes and I'm very pleased with it. I was impressed with the service I received from beginning to end. Lisl, the design consultant, at the Staines branch, was excellent. I had a budget and Lisl managed to design me a kitchen that met my wants, needs and was within budget. Aside from being fantastic at her job, Lisl was very helpful, patient and not pushy. I was nervous about finding reliable and hardworking installers to do the work, but Lisl arranged for someone she knew and was good at his job to install my kitchen. Igor, the installer, did a great job. Igor was polite, tidy and his work was of a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wickes.

Had a home meeting regarding bathroom design. Nathan who came was extremely helpful and now I am waiting for suggestions. It was a very pleasant experience would highly recommend

I'm very happy with my experience of purchasing new kitchen from Wickes.
From the onset of designer's visit to my home, to follow up meetings at Wickes Staines store, everything went smoothly.
Full credit goes to Charlie Taylor (Design Consultant) for her professional and calm interaction and her knowledge of the products is excellent. Charlie was always able to offer various solutions for our needs. We made a number of changes during the 2-3 months of consultation and Charlie was always more than happy to accommodate us.

Charlie was great. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy which I really appreciate.
