Wickes - Staines Reviews 

The whole process from start to finish was smooth and of high quality. All staff we worked with including our installer, designer and the customer service centre were helpful.

Absolutely disgusted. We decided to get our new kitchen through wicks Staines .The kitchen was fitted and the worktops were measured by someone wicks got in. When it was time for the worktops were ready to be fitted it turned out they didn’t fit and were not measured properly. Now between wicks kitchen fitters and the person who measured the worktops blaming each other we are still without our unit. Wicks has not been in touch with us as to what is going on and we have had to chase them constantly. If this problem is not resolved I will be taking legal action against wicks. Think twice before getting a kitchen from wicks

I have had a Wickes kitchen before and felt confident in choosing to have a Wickes kitchen in my new flat. I am also having Wickes instal a new shower room. I think the choice is good in the showroom and Charlie, my kitchen and shower room designer has been very helpful and reassuring to work with.

I booked an appointment online with Wickes for a home visit and this is when I first met Lisl. She was incredibly friendly and very knowledgable about her trade, measured my kitchen perfectly and was open and honest about pricing. Shortly afterwards I met Lisl again in store and she had made my vision come true on a digital design, showing me around the showroom in Staines with what I had picked, it was perfect. The option for 0% finance was brilliant and Lisl assisted with numbers and the subsequent application.
My assigned builder was Russell. An absolute pleasure to have in my home, someone I trusted with my key to come and go daily for the just under two weeks he was there. He has a brilliant eye for colour matching and knew what I wanted merely from describing things! He did extra’s for me too, nothing was to much for him and his team even with last minute little changes like my kitchen lights. They clean, tidy and very friendly.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Russell and his team. They were at my home from 0800hrs until at least 1600hrs every day.
Lisl was fantastic and I would very much recommend that if you are looking for someone who is there for the customer, who listens and is a whizz with graphics, request to speak to her.
My kitchen looks amazing and I feel it is money well saved and spent. It had taken me a couple of years to save for such a big investment into my property and 100% I will be contacting Lisl when I go back to discuss my bathroom.
The only negative note I have was the Customer Experience Co-Ordination team. I had a slight issue with part of the order and when spoken to, I was assured I would receive call backs but never got them. A minor matter that was merely an annoyance but would not affect the overall experience for me.

My experience with the Ohio range kitchen from Wickes was fantastic. The design is clean and simple, and the quality far exceeds the price. I was especially pleased with the wide selection of colours and the fact that all essential parts, like handles and plinths, were included, which saved me from having to buy them separately.

The support from the Wickes team was a highlight. They provided great design advice and were always available to answer my questions and make last-minute changes to my order. When I was on a tight deadline, they even helped speed up the delivery. The delivery team deserves special praise for carrying every single kitchen unit up to the third floor of my building after the lift broke down—talk about going above and beyond!

The units themselves are very sturdy and were easy to assemble, with no missing parts. The 10% discount voucher for other items like flooring and tiles was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This kitchen is great value, and the service I received was top-notch from start to finish.

Our kitchen refit was a good experience. Charley, our kitchen planner, hit the brief providing an accessible kitchen for my elderly mother. Charley was patient and considerate in explaining every step, with complete transparency to costs, everything was comprehensively explained.

Rohan helped me out on paint samples and even mixed a few up for me thank you

Ordered a new kitchen and there was a few issues with the fitting which the staff helped me with.

Roshan was very helpful and knowledgeable and our tiles order was processed smoothly and a mutually agreed delivery date was agreed

Our new bathroom is Fantastic. It looks like a bathroom from a 5 star hotel.
We dealt with Lisl from the Staines branch. Lisl was brilliant from beginning to end. Nothing was too much to do and from initial contact to completion of design was less than 10 days.
Our installer was also brilliant. He called himself Zibi which was easier for us, but his real name is Zbigniew Zwolan.
He was a professional throughout, before entering the house he would take of his shoes and laid down carpet protector plastic. He would consult us on every detail which we found very reassuring, in Zibi's own words, its your bathroom and should be done how you want it. He is a true craftsman.
My wife now wants the kitchen done, and after this experience we will most definitely be asking for both Lisl and Zibi's help.

I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Thank you Lisl and Zibi.

There was only 1 negative and this was with the Customer Experience Coordinator. It was impossible to get a hold of our dedicated coordinator. When you spoke to a colleague you would get a different experience each time. Some would be more helpful than others. Some could organise something, and others would say it was someone elses job, but you have to persist, dont take no for an answer and ask for a manager, this changes behaviours and things get done. If the customer experience team got thier acts together then the whole experience would have been tremendous.

Just had a delivery of goods 30 out of the 40 items were not delivered. Reported this and did get a phone call back straight away from Nathan (not from the Duty Manager on today) There was an apology give, but had I not called would they have rung me to say when the items were going to be delivered !!! They were incorrectly loaded (obviously can not count) and should be coming out tomorrow. No time given so another day sitting in waiting for an order and still had to pay the delivery charge not very good customer service considering we only live less than five minute drive from the store they are coming from

Great communication and helpful every step of the way. I had a new kitchen fitted and I’m glad to say very satisfied with the result. Charlie has been very helpful throughout the journey.

I’m writing this review to compliment the outstanding customer care from the duty manager at the Staines store - Roshan.
He went over and beyond my expectations to help resolve a returns issue that I had.

When I recently opened a trade account with Wickes in Staines. l was lucky to be served by Daisy. Calm knowledgeable and very easy to deal with Daisy is a credit to your company.

Right from the outset, Lisl took on board what we were after and guided us through the process with clear precise information and although other suppliers where slightly cheaper, the rapport & relationship was the deciding factor in going with Wickes - She was amazing..!!

Fitting the kitchen myself meant I needed to look at the instructions regularly. They were easy to follow and made the job a whole lot easier. If your competent at DIY, then if you take your time and have the right tools, a Wickes kitchen is within your capabilities to fit

The aftercare service was fantastic too in regard to replacing damaged items and we would recommend Wickes for kitchens

Went to my local Wickes as I needed to buy some lightbulbs for my custom made make-up table, I'm very happy with the assistance I got from Nathan, he answered all my questions as I don't really know too much about all this. I'll definitely come back once I get round to my next project!

I went to Wickes in Staines to look at bathrooms and ended up buying a kitchen! Out of all the places I’ve been to look at kitchens Wickes were definitely better. The consultant Lisl was amazing! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, non judgmental on my budget and style, helpful with options and choices. I would recommend Wickes and definitely Lisl.
The only thing that was a let down was the repair kit didn’t arrive, other than that, the quality of Milton cabinets are pretty good and I’m very impressed with my Zenith compact worktop.

I was in the Staines store earlier today. Really good support and service, with a smile, from Roba.
