Helen Lloyd bathroom designer at the Stevenage store did a terrific job with our bathroom order. She looked ahead and future proofed the design to meet the needs of an elderly relative. Great value for money and quality products.

I’ve visited Wickes, Stevenage quite a few times to get things for the projects I’m working on, and the staff are always very helpful, patient and understanding. They are also very encouraging, and offer advice on which are the best products to buy for each stage of my project. A great service from all the staff at Wickes.

The service that Chris provided was GREAT!!! As I am not the most knowledgable when it comes to DIY and gardening Chris took time to explain and help me with purchasing the correct products.

I went to the Letchworth branch today and I was a bit lost on what Tiles to choose and what to do and I was wondering around and a gentleman that worked there called Tony big shout out to Tony he asked me what style tile I was looking for and he ran with it. He was absolutely amazing so helpful so kind and considerate He used one of the display ends to lineup the Tiles to sit next to each other so that I could see how it would all work together. I must admit he was so helpful and I’m very grateful so thank you Tony amazing Customer Service.

We had a very good after care experience with Helen Lloyd. After appx. 8 month, she managed to arrange the same discount for additional base unit for us.
We definitely recommend Wickes design service in Stevenage with Helen Lloyd. Very experienced and professional advice from our experience.

I couldn't ask for a more patient, more helpful and friendly Person, DEB. I am disabled and wanted topsoil which was in the back was at the back of the store. DEB moved split bags out of the way and lifted all to my need. Then to the till to pay, where she was knowledgeable and friendly, in spite of my mischievous sense of humour. Then once paid for DEB and a colleague pushed the heavy trolley to my car and loaded it up, taking precautions to prevent spillage and split bags..

I drove away very happy

From the first time I walked in the stevenage store it was an amazing experience. Everyone was happy and always happy help!! Amazing experience.

I visited wickes stevenage today, and the staff were excellent. Tony was very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Was assisted by Tony in store who very helpful and assisted us with looking for a certain shower cubicle

We debated over a new bathroom for quite some time, having had a disappointing experience with our previous bathroom, that was only three years old. Consequently, we were quite apprehensive about where to turn.

One afternoon, we decided to visit Wickes in Stevenage on a whim.

Shortly after we began browsing, we were approached by Joe, who was exceptionally helpful from the moment we met him.

We certainly were not the easiest customers! We were uncertain about what we wanted and even whether we truly wished to proceed, given our past experiences.

Joe quickly put us at ease. After discussing various options and providing his insights, we scheduled a home consultation, which Joe personally conducted.

Once we finalised the designs and Joe took the necessary measurements, we arranged for the installation of our new bathroom.

We were fortunate to have exceptional bathroom fitters, who were incredibly efficient, with an attention to detail that was unparalleled.

We could not be happier with our bathroom and are immensely grateful to Joe for his unwavering support throughout the process; nothing was too much trouble for him.

I would highly recommend Wickes, Stevenage. We cannot thank them or Joe enough.

I had to change a defective gate latch, the staff at the Stevenage Store were very helpful and knowledgable and I’d like to mention Tony for help in resolving my issue. I use the store frequently and would highly recommend their staff. Great service 😃

Big diyer, couldn't find few items, was pushed for time, really helpful fella (Luke) escorted me to everything I needed, till staff really friendly
