Tony in the store at Stevenage has helped me to choose the products and also answered all my queries.
He was brilliant in the work and my vist in the store was successful.
Tony served me very well, his dealing with me was outstanding, customer dealing was brilliant.

Tatiana was an absolutely amazing designer, helped us choose to the finest detail and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely lady who knows her stuff! Thoroughly recommend Wickes, great communication, excellent and professional fitters who worked hard and gave us our dream bathroom.

We recently visited the Stevenage branch with a small group of SEN school DT Carpentry students to source materials to make a sweet trolley for our prom and we're greeted by both managers and a wonderful colleague who were so helpful, kind and welcoming to us all! We had such a wonderful experience at the store. We even got photos to showcase our trip out for our school newsletter! We would like to thank Paula, Deb and the others for their kindness and hospitality!! We'll be sending them photos of the finished product once we have built it!

I had a really positive experience thanks to Deb. She was incredibly helpful in finding the items I needed and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. It’s not often you come across such great customer service, and Deb really stood out.

Deb at the Stevenage store is a legend! She was so kind , I had a 2 and 4 year old with me and needed to collect some play sand there was no way I was going to be able to push a pram and carry 3 bags of sand. She offered straight away to help, took a trolly and helped me to the car. Thank you so much. More debs in all your stores !

I went into the shop to get some advice about some new flooring for my house, I found Lewis very helpful. He helped me work out how many packs I needed and what underlay to go with it and then ordered it all for me. 5 stars!

Visited Wickes in Stevenage today. I was after an extension pole for a roller, which was also purchased in Wickes some time ago.
Went to the desk to ask where poles would be, "Down the paint brush isle mate" came the reply.
I stood there, and he repeated his answer. I then asked, "where is the paint brush isle please", "down next to the paint, mate".
Honestly, I don't expect to be shown, but i do expect a bit of common decency. Rant over

Debbie is so welcoming and so good supporting my son, who struggles with autism, and social anxiety. My son loves carpentry fixing and making things so whenever he has a project we go into Wickes with Bobbie, his dog and see Debbie - Debbie communicates so well with my son- understanding that he doesn't like eye contact and that he needs to be prompted to reply, she will use Bobbie to communicate as well. Debbie takes the time to show him examples so that he can make the informed decision and when he gets stuck she is ready to guide him!

Tatiana was exceptionally experienced in designing our kitchen.
We explained exactly what we wanted and she delivered, and we are truly grateful for her service and expertise.

Very good costumer service and very professional friendly and helpful Tonny help me to sort out the delivery when I ordered my garden fence, over all very happy with service and experience at Wickes store in Stevenage,

We walked into store not knowing where to get the product I needed.
Deb looked it up took us to the product carried, back to the till. As well as put it through.
Very helpful lady with making it a very fast experience at shopping.

Joe McGregor and Sam from SK have been amazing helping me design and then have installed a new shower room. It looks absolutely stunning. The workmen were all very professional and tidy, clearing up daily as the installation was done. They have done a fantastic job. It’s even better than I imagined. Can’t recommend Wickes bathrooms highly enough.

Visited the store to get pricing for my pergola roof. I was helped by Tony who was very knowledgeable and helped with everything I needed to know.

We have just finished our bathroom renovation with Wickes Stevenage and we could not be more impressed. Our designer Tatiana is quite possibly the nicest human being ever. She was so unbelievably kind and unendingly patient with us. We first went in store back in June and then changed our mind countless times before finally settling on a design in December. Followed by a at home consultation with the construction company to give us a quote for extra works. This was all explained transparently in advance. Worked started in January with goods being delivered all on one day. There was a tiny hiccup where some cabinets were a day delayed (not Wickes fault- they were from a separate company sold through Wickes) but Tatiana was brilliant and chased it immediately and got it despatched and delivered at once. She was so great at being on hand and at keeping me calm. Wickes appointed contractors then arrived on the Monday and they were superb. Very professional and finished the job two days earlier than their estimated time. And the bathroom is incredible. The quality is amazing and we are beyond happy. It feels like a spa in our own house. Tatiana even came round after completion for a home visit to inspect the work herself. Honestly such a lovely conscientious person. She does Wickes credit.

We recently had a Wickes Bathroom Installed by the Stevenage Branch.
From Tatiana who was part of the design team to the installation team of Cameron, Andy, Michael and Agnes.
The whole process was smooth, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The installation was to a very high standard.

This must be my 10th visit to the store, done the whole house and bathroom with Wickes. Always meet amazing Tony who support the whole process from explaining the product to concluding the purchase. Many thanks
