Excellent customer service, friendly staff very helpful if I am ever unsure about something someone is always happy to lend a hand

Came into wickes to get some paint to decorate my kitchen. I needed some help in choosing which colours go well together and Demi helped me pick out a few different options to choose from. She was super helpful and her customer service skills were great too. Thankyou.

Went to have a look at a few bits and bobs, had amazing help from a polite young lass called Demi. She was wonderful and helpful! Also, somebody named Shelley was brilliant too! Managment should be proud 👏

A very polite and helpful staff member called Demi helped me with some ideas about my kitchen that helped me decide what I wanted, thank you would definitely recommend her help.

My bathroom has been in need of replacement for a while, it’s extremely dated so I had a blank canvas to work with. I was assisted by a very helpful young lady called Demi who showed me around the various suites they have on display and gave me some thought provoking ideas to make the most of the space available, whilst keeping within my budget and making some aesthetically pleasing choices. The service offered to me was second to none and I am very pleased with my chosen new bathroom, I’m glad I chose to make this purchase through Wickes.

I visited your stirchley store and a young girl Demi helped me find what I was looking for she was so helpful and knew exactly What product we was looking for. excellent customer service.

I went into the Stirchley store today and was greeted by a young man, I think his name was Jordan. Helped me locate the items I needed and helped lift the bags on the trolley! Great experience

I had a fantastic experience with an employee at this store.

The employee in question is Ian. I have 0 experience in anything building related and I was looking to find some kind of hand tool to help me cut through plywood. Ian was really helpful, he discussed the different options I had and considerations for each. He helped me compare plywood in store to what I had at home to help get a more accurate recommendation. As he could probably tell I had no idea what I was doing when comparing the two options, he kept reminding me of safety precautions, how to use the tools we discussed and I overall felt like this man genuinely cared about my wellbeing and safety.

Unfortunately as I hadn’t brought any ID I wasn’t able to purchase the items Ian recommended. But despite this, Ian’s helpfulness and kindness has stuck with me and I hope this can be passed on to his manager or someone senior at Head Office as I’d really like him to be recognised for it.
