Wickes - Stowmarket Reviews 

Had a great experience today at the Stowmarket store, my local.
Hosepipe ban forced me to purchase a watering can. After a bloke look I asked an assistant if there are any. Abbie sprung into action with a search outside and then checked her own phone for stock, finding only 1 in stock. Then followed a fab banter and search mission for the 1 in stock. Several minutes later Abbie was handing me the prize watering can. I was also served by Abbie so I can say I got the full customer service. Great service and definitely with a smile, which was much appreciated. Thanks A. Ie and all the best to you 🤗

Just awful, customer service means you have to prove how they have messed up, and still this isn’t enough. Don’t use these clowns, spend your money elsewhere.

i wanting to get some paint mixed up and unfortunately the machine had ran out of black colour the lady who was helping me named sinead popped out the back to see if they have any more left thankfully they did so she topped up the machine and of we went had a lovely conversation with her and also spoke about the solar system that wickes sell as i’m due to have my system updated and was having a shop around she was very helpful throughout the whole process and even helped sign me up to the wickes pro account as i’m a regular shopper at this branch and she mentioned it would help save some money over time i can’t thank her enough she was very happy to help and answered any questions i had

I would like to share my experience at Wickes Stowmarket, particularly highlighting the service provided by the staff members, especially Stuart.

During my visit, I found the store to be well-organized and stocked with a wide range of products. The layout made it easy to find what I needed.

Stuart stood out for his exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable about the products and eager to assist with any questions I had. His friendly demeanor made the shopping experience much more enjoyable. I appreciated his patience as he helped guide me through my choices, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for.

Overall, my experience at Wickes Stowmarket was positive, largely due to the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, particularly Stuart. I would recommend this store to others seeking quality products and excellent customer service.

Wickes delivery for DIY materials has been excellent. A few bags of sand and some cement delivered to the door for four quid - money well spent! (Also delivery guy was most helpful.)

We were looking for a whole kitchen makeover, cabinets appliances, flooring and decorating,Abi at stowmarket wickes was absolutely fantastic helping us design the kitchen,she is amazing

Myself and my partner have always felt very welcome coming to this store, the staff are always very helpful and friendly and the shelves are always well stocked.

Today during our trip Shane went above and beyond to help us both, we are extremely grateful and hope to see him in the future. He is very understanding and down to earth and very good at his job!

We collected a gate yesterday morning on click and collect. Whilst in store we decided to buy a new latch and I had to purchase via click and collect as I didn’t have payment cards with me. Transaction was processed within seconds and we received service with a smile and a corny joke as an added bonus! 🤣. Great store. Clean and well organised.

Had our kitchen redesigned by Abi in the Stowmarket branch. Her attention to detail, positivity, listening skills, and availability throughout made her stand out. Highly recommended!

We started with a look around the showroom but also had a chat with a very helpful chap called Crispin. We decided to set up a kitchen design meeting after our holiday which we did yesterday. Although we had sort of decided what would work out in our new kitchen, Crispin was able to demonstrate other options that would be suitable for the space and regulations/safety. After several trips up and down the showroom to show what was available, and several changes in design so that we could really see different layouts, we settled on the perfect design! It was such a helpful process as we had a blank page to work with in our new property so it was good to visualise the space. Crispin was patient throughout and nothing was too much trouble to get the result we wanted. Lots of advice offered and the discounts made it affordable for us. Big thanks!!

We popped in on the off chance to look at the kitchen range, walking up the stairs we was greeted by Crispin and from there we have purchased a beautiful kitchen and appliances which will be fitted by a recommended fitter.
Crispin knowledge and ideas help design a layout that utilised the foot print allowing more storage and a symmetrical units.
He will be working along side the installer to ensure our end result is as or better than the original design.

Wickes surprised myself with the personal touches and they have pride on getting dreams that come true.

Had a parking ticket at Wickes in Stowmarket that wasn't justified. I contacted the branch manager Harry Self who couldn't have been more helpful if he tried and sorted this out for me within the hour.
Nice to speak to someone human who understands.
Give him a pay rise immediately

Shane was so very helpful during our visit on 21 Feb. He was very patient and able to solve all our queries. Thank you Shane - you made a bad day so much better!

Abi was outstanding during my visit. She made the whole process a pleasurable experience.
She really understood my vision and was able to design the perfect kitchen for me. I've even invited her to come and see it once it's finished.

Very good customer service, explained everything we needed to know. Was happy to make adjustments to our order and gave good advice. Polite and friendly nature.
