She advised me on the best ranges and products to get the most from my budget, and made brilliant use of the space.

Katie was very knowledgeable and helpful, and made the whole process problem free.She didn't push us to purchase anything that we didn't want, but advised us professionally about the items we did want. She has a great attitude and is perfect for this job.

We went to Wickes on Carmarthen Rd Swansea today looking for a solution as our IKEA drainage system under the kitchen sink was damaged. A young man named Matt helped us and successfully found the products we needed to fix the problem he was very helpful. Thank you Matt.

The gentle man on the till (Steve Lowe) is a credit to the company.He always greet you with a smile and asks how you day is going.

Called at Swansea Wickes to view a few garden items, some decking , fence panels bagged stone, etc. We saw what we wanted and ordered and arranged delivery with SHAKIL. All professionally sorted and delivered today. Well done!

After my plan was drawn up for a new cloakroom and bathroom, there was questions I wanted to know as there things that didn't make sense, saw items i didn't think i needed and there was items not on there, but been charged for labour work?

Then the installaton man texted the following week to say he was calling to my home one evening to survey my home, didn't arrive and when I texted him the next day to asked if when would he be likely to call, he didn't reply back at all.

I been calling my store several times, left messages but nobody calling back. Communication has been very poor. I also wanted to change some ideas of my plan but I'm getting nowhere.

Call the national call centre and very unhelpful. Not getting anywhere with this. I dread to think where is going to now.

I purchased 3 secateurs from our local Wicks, a pair of general purpose cutters, and one that was more heavy duty. Two of the three fell apart after a couple of uses. While the price of their own brand secateurs look attractive, they are false economy.

Katie did an amazing jobs helping us to design our kitchen. We came with plans already drawn and she was so quick and was incredibly knowledgeable as we asked questions while pulling our ideas and thoughts together. We couldn't recommend both Wickes and her enough. Excellent customer service.

I was looking for a specific paint that was use on the wall before but I couldn't find it because I didn't no the for the paint and a staff member called Alex he did the best he can to help me find the exact paint i was looking for
