Wickes were very helpful throughout the process, from designing the bathroom to organising the fitting. Simon and the Red Dragon team were professional, and got the bathroom fitting done quickly and to a high standard. They were cooperative with any minor changes. Overall, very happy with the work!

Millie, who designed our bathroom, was extremely helpful and flexible, coming up with an excellent design at a good price. It was not an easy design at all - quart into a pint pot was nothing in comparison with what we wanted - but she managed it with imagination and good humour. Thank you, Millie.

We came into store to see James after he'd been recommended to us to arrange a design for a replacement ensuite. He came out and measured and talked through what we wanted then came up with a great design and a suggestion we hadn't thought of. We've ordered now and really appreciated James' suggestions and knowledge about different products, can't wait to see how it all turns out!

Always a great place to get supplies, plus the helpful freindly staff 😀, thanks to Clair and Melinda who are always great to deal with and happy to help.

Morris helped me get all the bits I need, very friendly and helpful

We ordered a new bathroom through Wickes and were allocated Red Dragon Home Improvements. From day one Simon and his team were easy to talk to and explained everything and listened to what we wanted. Andrei was our bathroom installer and we could not have been happier by having him. Andrei was always very clear about what he was doing and always asked questions about how we wanted things done. Overall I would recommend Simon and his team and will likely use them again for our next home improvement.

Went in for 7 fence panels needed a hand, Morris went above and beyond to help. He helped load to trolley & escorted to car and helped load onto roof. Excellent serviced this is a first to have so much help even extending go out to the car. Thank you Morris for your help today! Your a brilliant member of staff, wickes this person is a highly rated staff member!

The team at the swindon store couldn’t have been more helpful, I’m mobility challenged, and the team helped my get the sheets of plywood I needed and went out of there way to get it into my vehicle. Unfortunately I don’t have alll the names but Morris was one of them. Thanks you all again.

We needed to buy some tiles for our shower. The staff were really helpful; especially Kernie and Charlotte, who were incredibly patient, professional and knowledgeable

Morris was brilliant in store today. When I couldn’t find a bucket, he went out back and got one for me. Then he continued to carry the bag of plaster I was buying to the checkout, and further more, waited for me to pay and took it to my car for me. And all with a big smile. Star employee who went out of his way to help a customer. Thanks Morris.

We got small kids and it’s not easy always to spend quite a lot of time with them in shops. I want to thank Morris for his helpful attitude every time we need something and ask, he is always there to share his expertise and make our visit quick and fruitful.

There was another staff I don’t know if he is still working there Stefan but has also assisted us and we much appreciate!

We went into the store with the view to replacing our bathroom suite but not having much of an idea as to what we wanted in the way of style, only that we no longer wanted a bath just a shower. We ere introduced to James the bathroom specialist who talked us through the options. He booked a home visit, was very punctual, took measurements and made some suggestions, booked us for another store visit when he would have a plan and costing for us. We were very pleased with what he had planned, getting the most from a compact space, cost was very competitive so we agreed to go ahead. James was very knowledgeable and we were made to feel confident that we had made the right choice with no hard sell. Great service, hope the fitting will be as stress free as the purchase.

Came into wickes and had great service from Kelly. She helped me find what I was looking for. Definitely come back again with service like that.
