Wickes - Trowbridge Reviews 

Had my bathroom designed by Paul McDonough at Wickes in Trowbridge and he provided a great easy service and came up with some great ideas when designing my bathroom.

Went into the Trowbridge store and spoke to Paul who gave me excellent advice on flooring.

Very helpful & informative - Really great customer service 💪

We had our kitchen designed with Wickes. We dealt with Jordon from the Wickes team who was incredibly helpful and person-centred with our design (taking into the consideration of children!) He made the experience very easy going and ensured the space we had was used as effectively as it could be. We appreciated how responsive he was to his emails and giving us honest reviews and experiences when helping us to decide on worktops etc.

I can’t thank Eden Gray enough for the excellent service and experience. I will be sending everyone Eden’s way in future! THANK YOU EDEN 😄

While visiting your Trowbridge store today, couldn't believe how helpful the young lady was in the paint department. I was listening to her with other customers and her customer service was outstanding. When I really couldnt make my mind up I asked her a number of questions, and she answered all I needed to know, when paying for my items today, I asked at till what the ladies name was.
Wicks you have a young lady in your store who is polite friendly with great customer service.

Kitchen Design Consultant went above and beyond to help us which was much appreciated.Thank you Jordon.

We recently visited wickes to look at new kitchens and had booked a design appointment. We didn't really have a particular style in mind and when we met Jordan he was brilliant at helping us visualise different styles without being pushy. He took our rough measurements we had and started to design the kitchen on the computer. His knowledge and expertise on different styles, appliances and designs was really helpful , especially as customers who do not have a creative eye! When we were home we emailed over accutate measurements and also asked for a quote on a different style we had seen. Jordan was very efficient at replying to emails and completed the new quotes for us. We returned the next week to purchase our kitchen. Again Jordan was very helpful and made sure he got us the best deal. We are yet to have our kitchen delivered but anticipate the same great service.

We have just purchased a kitchen from Wickes and our design consultant Jordan was excellent, He is very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, Jordan was a pleasure to deal with and He's an asset to Wickes , thanks again, Mark and Izzy

I needed to visit the Trowbridge branch of Wicks which is local to me recently .This was to see if I could replace two cupboard doors for my bathroom vanity unit which I had installed eight years ago and had started to spilt along the edges , top and bottom. The two assistants Hannah and Neil were extremly helpful. They soon searched for my instalation details and found the right type of doors. They were delivered the following week.

I visited the Trowbridge store recently looking for certain items. The kindest and most helpful memeber of staff Eden Gray went above and beyond to help and make sure I was happy with the products. A credit to Wickes and highly recommended.

Hannah Wilson is awesome - she's excellent at her job and a really nice person; really friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble.

I would have rated the experience with more stars if the delivery process had been more streamlined; Wickes' external suppliers needed booking / pursuing separately and it would have been helpful if it might have been arranged for everything to have been delivered on the same day.

We had our bathroom installation by Jack of All trades. We were assigned a contractor by the name of Mr Simon Thomas. He was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had throughout the process. We were never left hanging for answers as he responds within a minute of sending him a message. He made some allowances to some changes and add ons which was agreed without any hassle. Our installer was Claudio. He was very professional and the best installer we have dealt with so far. His skills are exemplary and the quality of his work can only be described as “Perfection!”. Easy to communicate with and puts in over and above for his time and effort. Without a doubt the experience for us deserves 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Have ordered a new bathroom. Paul from Trowbridge Wicks has been my planner. A great job all round very professional and helpful through the experience to date.

We bought a bathroom including installation from Wickes. It was installed Jan/Feb of this year. Until it was fitted we had numerous calls, texts emails from Wickes. We have a problem now and nobody will answer our enquiries.you have been warned

Impressive bathroom installation from start to finish. Wickes had a knowledgable designer who understood and catered for our needs. He provided a professional service throughout the design and ordering. Delivery was very well organised with everything arriving on the same day and stacked efficiently. Communication was excellent so we knew exactly when delivery was going to be.
The Wickes installer completed our bathroom in just over two weeks. His level of craftsmanship and professionalism were exemplary. We were kept informed at all times of the progress of the project and he was very respectful of our home, family and neighbours.
We are very happy with our new bathroom and the quality of all aspects of the installation. Would undoubtedly recommend and use again for future projects

After trying two other Kitchen designer companies we, my wife and I, went to Wicks.
We met Gemma who was totally different.
Instead of trying to sell us as much as possible, she listened to our requirements. She helped us choose a design that fitted in with our ideas and she adjusted things as we went along to finish up with a design that was perfect for us.
