Especially thanks to the staff at the Warrington branch who have gone the extra mile, myself and my students really appreciate their support.

We met Shaun today to discuss a new kitchen. He couldn't have been more helpful, informative and knowledgeable. Incredibly friendly and honest. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

I am currently trying to get Wickes to resolve all the issues with the kitchen l trusted this retailer to supply and fit for me. I ordered the kitchen beginning of September, it is December and my kitchen was finally finished Friday 28th Nov. The fitter has been unreliable and damage was caused to my newly decorated kitchen when the fitter returned. When the kitchen was planned l have ended up with extra pieces costing me £417 that l am being refused a refund for and have been told to scrap these items in the HIPPO bags which contain my old kitchen and are still covering my back garden, making it impossible for me to get to my garage. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Do not use Wickes recommended installers. The kitchens are nice but the customer service and reliability is appalling.

I was having some difficulties ordering on the app so I decided to go into the Warrington store. Julie and Jess were both absolutely amazing. My issue was resolved very quickly, my order was put through and for the delivery day that I requested. They couldn't do enough for me. Brilliant service.

We had a lovley helpful young man sean mcloughlin who went out of his way to advise us came out and measured up very efficient and throughly helpful highly recommend wickes in warrington and sean if you are thinking of a new kitchen look no further and ask for sean

Went into wickes, wasn't 100% sure what i was looking for, but I spoke to a lady called julie and she was absolutely amazing with her information and knowledge and helped me to find what I wanted without any hesitation.

I booked a home visit for someone to look at my kitchen. Mo arrived and from the second he stepped into my home, he was brilliant. I've just gotten home from visiting in store to see what he has designed and I'm so happy with everything! He really knows what he's doing, he listened to everything I wanted and he stood patiently whilst I swapped between a stupid amount of handles for my kitchen cupboards as I couldn't decide. He made me feel relaxed and I could not have asked for better service. He's an absolute credit to Wickes. Now I await the installation and I am beyond excited! And I'll be back in the future for when I get my bathroom done! Thank you for everything Mo! 😁

Shaun at Wickes Warrington in kitchen/bathroom design gave us very valuable advice on how to modernise our toilet room with wash basin. Even though the project was too small for the Wickes installation team, he was prepared to spend time with us identifying the materials we needed and a contact we could phone to progress our project. Worst experience I’ve ever had . Received call before visit telling me how much bathroom refurbishment would cost. They had no idea of the style I required or even size if bathroom, I ended up cancelling the visit as just by his tone I did not want him in my home. I got the impression. He did nut want to come out in a Friday at 4:30 and wanted an early dart.
I would have much preferred he just call and arrange a time instead of trying to put me off . He was rude and definitely not a person you would want in your home.

Absolutely awful customer service - definitely will not be recommending.
Shaun at Warrington is in the wrong job and within 5 minutes of meeting us had talked us out of getting a kitchen from Wickes and we left.
He wasn’t interested in helping us at all, was totally unprofessional and acted like he didn’t want to be there or want us there!
Wickes is definitely off my list after that fiasco, total waste of time and petrol!

Dealt with Sophie for my kitchen design and she was brilliant from start to finish. Came out at very short notice to measure the kitchen and had the whole process ordered within a week! Hopefully the rest of the process is as good !

We applied to be a part of the community funding and within a week I was collecting £100 worth of paint and materials for my school! We can now repaint the classrooms which we wouldn’t have been able to afford otherwise as budgets are so tight! The staff were incredibly friendly throughout and I couldnt be happier with the experience!

Home and store visit for designing experience was great. Really easy to do sort out everything (in our case redoing a bathroom) - the design consultant Mo was knowledgeable, super helpful and made the whole process painless.

Sophie is very welcoming and so friendly. They are very accommodating and whatever you want when designing they will try their best to make it happen! They have a range of designs and lots to suit your style. Overall amazing

Fantastic service from the whole team supporting The Old School Project and Warrington VIP's community projects. Each team we visit Mark, Jessica, Hannah and Victoria are welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable. 😊

Excellent customer service from our design consultant Sophie. She offered us sound advice and supported us every step of the way designing our new bathroom to its completion. Very pleased with the fitters Damien and his men who did an excellent job always polite and helpful and very reliable.

Lovely Lisa at Warrington really made me feel welcome and couldn't be more helpful.
I love Wickes.
