Great help and support from Hannah!
I was looking for a paint which was the Crown snowfall , and was looking for a to colour match this but in eggshell for panelling. She helped me choose a selection from Dulux ( as they do different colours you can paint match in store. She went over and beyond and ended up creating a board with the different samples . (I had bought the samples ) but as I was in a hurry we tested them in store. I am happy to say I then chose a colour which Hannah made up. My husband painted the panelling last night , ready for Easter , and it looks great!. 🤗. Thank- you .

As a company we are always in and out of Wickes stores across approximately a 50 mile radius.

Watford is the one store where you can always rely on friendly and happy staff to assist or help with anything you may need.

Darcy was so helpful with our utility room options!

Drove 15 miles to collect as local Wickes had none available. On arrival shown chrome shower caddy without fittings and it was scratched. Offered a discount but will not look good in new bathroom. Told me there is another one in another branch, 30 miles in another direction. 1 hour already wasted and no offer of compensation. A call when they knew the issue would have been helpful.

I spent a significant amount of money ordering new doors online for throughout the entire house. Due to delays with building work, the joiner had to start at a later date to build door frames ect. One of the 13 doors we ordered was too small and I contacted wicks to ask if I could return it and swap it for the larger door which is the same price. The door was still in the packaging. I was told no due to the fact I had the door for over 30 days. I wasn’t asking for a refund. Just to simply swap it for a larger one. I explained my circumstances and the reason for the delay in asking for the return, but the answer was the same. I spent a large amount with this company and they can’t help with a small error.

Showroom was very busy when we visited but was helped by Darcy and Tom. Booked in for next week so will update on how journey goes..

Had a great experience in store

Truly terrible experience and not receiving any help despite calling in multiple times. Would like to urgently speak with somebody who can help with kitchen fitting and correcting mistakes made by Wickes.

We had high hopes for our Wickes kitchen, but the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Once the designer is unavailable, no changes can be made to the order—not even by the store manager! Any requested changes take over a week, leaving us stuck with no flexibility.

This rigid system left us with no option but to cancel our order. It’s shocking that a company this big can’t offer a smoother process. Would not recommend if you want any level of customer service after placing your order!
And this is the service you get when you can still cancel, hate to think how it is if any issues come up after delivery

So after trying to cancel I get the designer being all aggressive with me because he just spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to sort us out. I'm sorry but after 1 week of back and forth we've had enough.

Edit after response. Dylan is a liar, like all other staff at wickes hasn't bothered to message or follow up the review as he claims he will below, don't believe them

Having not been to a Wickes in years, I've just come back from the one in Watford. We were seen by Hannah on the till which was a delightful experience. She was professional, polite and attentive. Will definitely go back.

Really quick Click & Collect service from Wickes. Ordered a doorbell for my mum at 4pm and it was ready to collect at 4:10pm. I went there at 4:35pm and had picked it up by 4:40pm. Very impressed! Thanks Hannah for getting it ready so quickly!

Found what I needed and was greeted by Hannah at that till a loverly young lady and a credit to the store

We had our kitchen designed by Amy. She demonstrated professional Customer Service all the way. In fact , whilst her colleagues from the customer service failed us, not only did she design our kitchen perfectly, she coordinated and ironed out any queries that we had. What an amazing employee! We were so happy to have had her appointed to our project. Thank you Amy!

It was my lucky day when I met up with Tom Collins at Wickes, Watford. He meticulously planned a kitchen and 2 bathrooms for me. I loved the new navy kitchen I chose with the beautiful worktop. The bathrooms were well planned. The fitters, Softwood Beech, fitted everything to perfection. Wickes and Softwood Beech are a winning team! I am over the moon with all that Tom Collins planned.
