They are not interested when things go wrong and looking at all the poor reviews and their own dedicated Facebook page for Wickes poor service they aren't bothered about it either.
There will be the token I have personal messaged you to put things right, but don't fool yourself, the last 4 of these ended in" I'm sorry it's not my department" the worst company I have ever delt with, stay far away and get yourself a proper company who cares about their customers

Great service from the Weston super mare kitchen team a special thank you to Selina for design and back up. 2nd kitchen from wicks well made price matched appliances and delivered on time , fitted ourselves but advise if your not confident / competent do not attempt .The only criticism and it is a small one the labelling of boxes against the itemized list is daunting to sort through when you first start . Can’t fault the CSD. Overall kitchen looks great

The kitchen is lovely and their customer care is superb. A recent query was dealt with by Steve who definitely went the extra mile. The staff are all courteous and helpful

The kitchen fitter was good, unfortunately I have been waiting for a new door knob now on one of the units as one of the door knobs was faulty, it's been three weeks now and no sign of any door knob! It is very noticeable, so will be making further complaints. The tiler unfortunately was clearly not a skilled tiler, he damaged practically every tile he cut, cut some too short and am hoping that Wickes will put this bodge correct. This kitchen is not the first kitchen Wickes have fitted for me but this last experience has been a nightmare, mainly because the firm Wickes chose to install the kitchen, were not competent, mainly the tiler who clearly was not a competent and skilled trades person, he didn't seem to know what day it was, didn't listen to a word, was chaotic and always in a hurry. Instead of paying a skilled tiler to do the tiles, he did it himself, made a complete bodge of the job. Someone is supposed to be coming to see his poor workmanship and hopefully will put this right. During this installation I had to phone the Wickes co ordinator several times to make complaints about what was not being done correctly.

Had a leak within 2 years of warranty Wickes were not interested had to eventually got hold of a plumber pay it myself.
After many months i got the money back plus no apology and after asking about compensation I received £10

**The was was collected on the 23/09/25**
I had my bathroom renovated by Wickes. While the renovation itself was fine, the aftercare has been extremely poor.
The job was completed on 28th August 2025, and as of today (17th September), the renovation waste is still sitting outside my property. I’ve contacted Wickes three times and was told each time that collection would happen within 5 days — this never happened.
Today I was told they couldn’t give a date at all due to a “system update.” Frankly, this is unacceptable. They are now in breach of contract, as the waste should have been collected by 4th September at the latest.
I'm now in a position where I have to consider raising the matter with Trading Standards and the Ombudsman.
This experience has been very disappointing, and as a result, I’ve decided not to go ahead with a kitchen renovation I was planning with them. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Wickes.

Always been a huge fan of wickes, usually do click and collect because I don’t drive I rely on family so I’ve done 2 deliveries in 2 weeks.
Well really only received 1 in 2 weeks and wickes really didn’t do a good job or care.
First order 3 tins of paint thankfully all wrapped and sealed because one run the lid wasn’t on properly and some had leaked, refunded the tin of paint.
Second one, 1 tin of paint, roller set and tray liners, dado rail.
Next day chap turned up with 1 tin of paint and handed it to me, not much I can do with it when the roller and that isn’t with it but that’s ok will continue with the first lot.
Back and forth with wickes were sorry it will arrive next day. Never heard anymore after that one text. Needless to say daily for 4 days we tried live chat and eventually managed to get hold of someone quick enough to say send me an email as proof of cancellation please because nobody else has bothered.
This is poor. Not a care in the world from them.

Took the plunge and decided to renew my kitchen, bathroom and en suite this year. Emily at Weston super Mare branch did a fantastic job of listening and interpreting my ideas, producing great designs and giving good advice on fixtures and fittings. Their installer (Chris from Versatiler) did a superb job of fitting everything and solving problems I had put up with for years, like ugly exposed pipes and poor lighting arrangements. Very experienced, careful guy. I now have 3 wonderful, well lit rooms which make far better use of the space and will be enjoyed for years to come. The units are very good value for money and the service was exceptional. Thank you very much!

Ordered x2 radiators online and delivered promptly
However my fault I ordered the wrong size on x1 radiator so retuned it to my local store in Weston super mare and they were great dealing with it.
But now the issues I have had no confirmation that the radiator has been excepted back I know it has been collected as your store told me it has been and 15 days after it has been collected still no refund I don’t really want to pay a 3rd vist to store as this is time consuming for me
Please sort it out
