Excellent customer service from Rachel Camilleri

I had a refund enquiry today and was assisted by Rachel Camilleri from Wickes. She was incredibly pleasant, and efficient throughout the process. Rachel made everything easy and stress-free with her friendly approach and clear communication.
It’s not often you come across such genuinely helpful customer service, she’s a real credit to Wickes. Thank you, Rachel!

Rachel Camilleri helped me with my click and collect order this morning. She went out of her way to make sure I didn’t have to wait too long and even offered me some extra tape to help me carry it. What a lovely and kind person! She really brightened my morning.

great experience at Wickes , not only did they have the gardening tool i couldn’t find anywhere else, but also got great customer service . I was asked my age (it’s a great compliment at my age haha) at the counter by lovely staff member Rachel C. She also offered a free quote for photovoltaics panels. Didn’t even know they had partnership with a PV panels. If it hadn’t been for Rachel I would not have know Wickes has this connection. All and all really thought my trip to Wickes was worth my time!

He seems to know the catalogue inside out and has very tasteful and clever ideas
He found room for more cupboards without overpowering the space and really took time to understand my vision and needs and work with the design until it was perfect
