Wickes - Worcester Reviews 

The shop was rather grubby looking so I wasn't sure about it but I was greeted by a very friendly man (Andy) who couldn't have been more helpful. Me and my husband found everything we were looking for and will come again.

The staff at Wickes (Worcester) are very helpful and polite, as a regular customer, I find this very to be very helpful, (in what I'm sure is a very stressful job). I must mention one employee (Neil), who I had the good pleasure of meeting this morning, he went out of his way to assist me,and still remained polite &helpful, whilst trying to do other work, I would definitely recommend Wickes to family and friends.

I visited the store today to get some replacement guttering pieces, which I couldn’t find. I was helped enormously by Neil who helped me to find the correct ones. Thank you Neil for your help!

I visited wickes in Worcester today and was greeted by a helpful chap called Neil he was very helpful in helping me find the various products I was looking for he was very friendly and polite he’s an asset to your company. Will be very happy to return to your store in the future

I needed to purchase from Wickes (Worcester) and again the Customer Services Staff Member (Neil) loaded my car. This was done with no issues. I needed this help due to having a stroke just over 4 years ago and have difficulty lifting anything heavy. Thank you once again to Wickes and Neil.

Can't speak too highly about Katie. Nothing was too much trouble. She was welcoming in store, friendly and helpful. You felt you could trust her judgement and she would do her very best for you. She had so many suggestions to offer.

I want to say a massive THANK YOU to a young lady named Shannon! Her customer service went above and beyond, and she made me feel truly welcome.

When I asked her to help me find a product, Shannon immediately dropped what she was doing and assisted me. This was so kind and thoughtful of her! She even held the two items for me and when one of the products was out of stock, she went out of her way to find an alternative.

I am a very happy customer and will definitely be coming back to Wickes again!

I had to call into the Worcester Branch of Wicks today to replace a bathroom DD Electric 4 PIN LED Lamp, ceiling light, which I tried elsewhere before going to Wicks and was given the 'cold shoulder'.
However, Neil at Worcester Wicks, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly; he escorted me to the lighting section and identified the exact lamp that I needed.
This is my third visit to Wicks over the last few week and every time the staff are always friendly, willing to help and very approachable, including the young lady on the till today. In future Wicks will be my first port of call and I will share my recommendation with friends and family.

The process of designing our kitchen has been really easy with Katie supporting us patiently, even though we have changed our minds about things numerous times. Nothing is too much trouble and communication has been superb.

I've given the experience for my appointment for a bathroom design consultation top marks because although they were unable to help because I have a downstairs shower room with a concrete floor, Jay gave me some excellent advice on how to proceed. He supplied a brochure and his email address which was very much appreciated.

Katie has supported on finding the right package for the new bathroom, and also consulted on any minor amendments or changes.

We’ve recently Jusy brought our kitchen through Wickes and we were helped along our whole journey by Katie who was amazing!!
From the very beginning all the way to placing our order we couldn’t fault her. Amazing communication, and listened to our every needs. We wanted to keep on a budget and Katie listened to this and didn’t try and over sell us the most expensive products, she took in all our needs/wants and gave us the best kitchen that was right for us. It was a stress free process and I believe that was down to Katie’s effective communication, guidance and approachability. Brilliant experience

Looking at showers and called to a member of staff, Becky. I asked about a particular shower and she explained it wasn't her department and the person on that area would be tied up for another 30 minutes. She then went through the catalogue, took the time out to explain how to build my shower unit and stayed for about 15 minutes even though it was not her department and she had finished and was actually on the way home. Thank you Becky for being so helpful.

Walked into look at kitchens and there was a style we liked. I had done a rough plan and just wanted a rough idea of price.
Paul, Store Manager, was busy and I wasn't able to make an appointment at that point so instead of sending me on my way, Paul dropped everything and worked with us over the next 90 mins to design our kitchen, work on different colourways and work it towards our budget.
Jay then returned from an appointment and also shared his expertise.

It is rare to receive such excellent service without any pressure whatsoever.

Normally I would shop around but I think I will now do my kitchen and 2 bathrooms through Wickes at Worcester as they certainly won my confidence.

Katie was friendly and bubbly the whole time we were talking about having a new kitchen. She managed to get us a great deal which meant we got a better kitchen then originally quotes for

I can't praise the service we received from Jay at Wickes Worcester highly enough. He went above and beyond to make sure that the buying experience of our new kitchen was smooth and straight forward. Nothing was too much trouble, including our bombardment of questions, which were answered in a friendly and informative manner. A very pleasant experience.

Had an apppintment with Katie Griffiths to look at units for our new utility being built. She was really helpful and friendly, explaining the different ranges available and helping us decide on layouts etc. Best of all there was no hard sell and she helped us find options within our budget. Will certainly go to Katie again when we look to have our kitchen refitted in the near future.

Been through the design process with Katie, she was great throughout and super patient with our swaps and changes. The range of products is good with so many options which Katie talked us through to help reach our final decision!
