We have just purchased our new bathroom with Katie and she was amazing through and really listened to our plans. It was very pleasant experience and her communication has been excellent.

The sales consultant at Worcester wickes named Katie Griffiths was very friendly and professional. She really listened to what our requests were and planned the kitchen with us within our budget. We are very pleased and impressed with the final plan for our kitchen. We would recommend Wickes for planning a kitchen and hope that the fitting goes just as well.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Jay Riley, our design consultant! He is absolutely fantastic at his job and clearly passionate about what he does! We thoroughly enjoyed designing our bathroom with him and we are so excited to see the results! Keep up the good work Jay and thank you so much for all you help and advice through the process! Katie was such a pleasure to deal with. Choosing a kitchen is never easy but because she is so good at listening and knows what she is talking about, the whole experience was a joy. Also all her colleagues were very helpful and supportive.

I was trying to find a certain colour 9f paint but didn't have the name. A very nice assustant called Dean was there and really took a lot of time helping me out. He was so good humoured about it - we didn't find it but it wasn't for his lack of trying.

Just made a trip down to wickes had to get a few bits and bobs for my new house and I’ve really appreciated the assistance of a young man called conor helped me find the things I needed fast and efficient and I’m very greatful of this man making my life a lot easier. I came into store for advice and to price up some new decking for my garden. I was helped by a wonderful member of staff, I think his name was Connor, who really knew his stuff. He's a credit to this store and I know where I'll be going for my next diy project!

Katie Griffiths at the Worcester branch has been fantastic from the start of our kitchen project. She's been really responsive and knows her stuff, nothing has been too much trouble. She has bent over backwards to help us get the best of everything we wanted at the best possible prices. Thoroughly recommend Katie and all the team who have also been great.

Member of staff at the checkout barely looked at me, didn't reply to my cheery 'hello', and she wandered away to chat to colleagues in the middle of serving me. She did glance in my direction to roll her eyes when I asked for a receipt. On the shop floor I couldn't find anyone to ask a question to. The poorest customer service I've experienced anywhere. I often shop at wickes as an avid diyer and I came in today to pick up an Einhell sander, Emily informed me that I get a free battery with the purchase, which was news to me as I was going to buy one WHAT A BARGIN!!! thanks so much Emily your a 🌟
