Samantha (Design Consultant) was very polite, professional and efficient.
Our home visit was particularly helpful as she advised and suggested a different layout which was something we hadn't considered, giving us the idea which has now become the reality.
She was meticulous in her planning and made use of every space available to maximise its potential.
The follow-up meeting in-store was clear, concise and all possible finance options were discussed regarding payment.
We would recommend her to anybody looking into purchasing a kitchen from Wickes.

We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen – the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we went to Wickes Yeovil we were impressed with the displays and the staff in store.
Jess Marsh designed our kitchen and completely blew us away. She really listened to what we wanted and transformed our ideas into a design that is not only beautiful but also incredibly practical. Jess came up with solutions and features we would never have thought of ourselves, and the end result has exceeded all of our expectations.
Alex Burwood, our fitter, was equally outstanding. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism were second to none. He truly went above and beyond throughout the installation, making sure everything was perfect and taking real pride in his work. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
What really stood out to us was how committed both Jess and Alex were to delivering the best possible result. It felt like they genuinely cared about creating a kitchen we would love—and we absolutely do.
We are so happy with the finished space and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jess Marsh and Alex Burwood to anyone. Thank you both for creating our dream kitchen and making life a lot easier!

I thought wickes was a good brand due to the advertising that they have across multiple platforms I was wrong. I ordered a dozen items from them in early March and several items I have since been told are now not in stock so I have gone back for a refund of those items even though it says on their website in stock. I am still waiting on an item worth over £200 that they are still yet to deliver to me baring in mind I ordered it in early March and now we are in early May. Their customer services are now ignoring all contact which I think is ridiculous. Unless they have the items in stock at the branch don't trust that you will ever receive your items.

Exceptional service from Sam, from the home visit to design our kitchen to meeting in the Yeovil store to make our choices she was so knowledgeable , helpful and friendly, we felt listened to , valued and cared for.

Kitchen design and installation was excellent. Jess at Yeovil store created a great starting design, was full of enthusiasm and was endlessly patient as we refined it. Lee, who installed the kitchen, treated it like it was his own. Very pleased with the whole process and the outcome.

Samantha could not have been more encouraging, supportive and understanding as she guided us through the challenges of making bathroom design choices. She was patient, listened to our needs and helped us to make choices and alterations to absolutely suit our needs. Thank you!

First class service

We wanted to refit our utility room and chose Wickes as our preferred supplier (after checking out various other companies). we went to Wickes in Yeovil and Jessica helped us with our design. She was very friendly and helpful. Hey expertise helped us realise our vision. She showed us various samples and this meant we could chose our design. The schematics and plans Jessica produced were excellent. Furthermore She provided advice with regard to the installation of the unit (which we did ourselves) and was also helpful when we had questions during the actual installation. I would highly recommend the Wickes kitchen units that were well made and had excellent instructions and would also recommend Jessica and the Wickes design service.

Amazing from the start! Got to meet the lovely "Jessica Marsh"Yeovil .She was so professional and completely knows what she is doing,she listened to my requirements and achieved everything even more than I desired.Her taste is exquisite so when I went to view on the computer in the store it was just as I imagined(even better!!!) And the price was doable. So if you want anyone to sort you out a beautiful affordable kitchen then ask for Jessica! She is brilliant 👏 Well done.

Samantha, the designer, was great. She arrived bang on time (even though the house can be a nightmare to find) was very friendly and helpful with her suggestions and extremely efficient. She sent the designs through quickly and afterwards was very patient with my questions and changes of mind and answered emails usually by return.

I recently went into Wickes in Yeovil, I'd just moved house and I had a very dated kitchen and bathroom but I was really undecided about what I wanted. Then I met Jessica Marsh! She designed a new kitchen for me and helped me think through the options, she made sure I understood the contract and what would happen. Through the installation, she helped where she could and, most importantly, she kept me calm and made it simple!!
I now have a fabulous kitchen and I'm really excited about getting the new bathroom in March.

Sam was brilliant at helping us design our kitchen. She made it easy everything easy and was really accommodating with us coming along with our one year old. She was brilliant at showing us all our options and didn't make us feel pressured. Thanks Sam!

The whole experience of designing our kitchen was made easy by Jess. She showed great professionalism, product knowledge and design ability, as well as patience with our several design changes. Jason, the manager was also extremely helpful in talking us through the various worktops and helping us decide which would be the best for for our kitchen and budget.

I'd like to thank them both, but especially Jess for helping us design our dream kitchen.

Our bathrooms have now been transformed! Samantha was great during the design process, she took the measurements and we told her that she had free rein to come up with a design and she came up with a plan that was infinitely better than what we were initially contemplating. She also had a hand in arranging the installation team who did a great job with the installation. We’re very pleased with the results. One snag was that a week before the installation we got a call to say that the toilets were ordered were not in stock. This was a surprise considering that we had ordered them about 4 months before. They had no suitable alternative (we’d selected a taller design as we’re getting older!), so on their suggestion, we sourced alternative toilets elsewhere. It would have been 5 stars but for this.

Steven Warren our designer made our whole experience so enjoyable we were very impressed with his service.
We had previously gone to a competitor who wasn't able to put together our dream kitchen.
Steven was able to give us exactly what we wanted, with no issues and made some excellent suggestions to improve the design.
He also came to our house to talk to the builder about the design and features.

We bought our kitchen from Wickes in Yeovil and our experience was great from start to finish.
We had more than one kitchen company come to our house to measure and quote and Steve was the only person to sit down with us and ask how we used our kitchen, and what we wanted and needed from our new one.
He took my vision of a TV wall with units and integrated dog beds and made it look amazing.
He was on hand to help at anytime and him and the team were so helpful when there were any hiccups along the way.

I got some wood, jigsaw and jigsaw saw bits on delivery. The wood was mostly twisted. Jigsaw itself is good but the saw bits it says to get with it doesn't fit the jigsaw at all. Worse part payed 14 pound for same day and didn't turn up same day at all very disappointed

Steven Warren from the Yeovil store helped us so much. The home visit ensured we had the kitchen how we wanted it, but also he was also honest when the design didn’t work.
He ensured we could have the cupboards and worktop that we liked, but also made sure we knew the differences between products to see that maybe the product we first wanted wasn’t the most suitable for us.
After delivery and fitment, we went back in to see Steve and received a refund for the parts we didn’t require.
