The supplier worked with me to find a product that met my requirements. The product was quickly dispatched. The wax melts are good value for money, and the scent is wonderful and long lasting. I will definitely order again.

An opportunity to try new products from bespoke retailers. Particularly love the soy candles and they smell incredible.
Delivery is usually just a few days after ordering and the products arrive well packaged.
Definitely recommend especially if looking for something bespoke and unique.

NO DELIVERY AND NO REFUND
Ordered a wax burner as a xmas gift and it never arrived. I have been trying to get a refund ever since to no avail. I managed to get through once on the phone and was told they would refund my payment, needless to say that has never happened. If I could give a no star review I would have as they don't even deserve one star. Extremely frustrating.
