Sorry to hear you've had an issue - this is very rare for us and we're checking it for you immediately.
The order is from 5 working days ago and we do advise that deliveries can take up to 10 working days depending on the item ordered and the post route in question - as you know there are some delays due to the ongoing pandemic.. This has been sent and is due to be with you any time now.

A lovely site with great products
I am really happy with my purchases. The wax melts smell amazing- this is my third purchase. I don’t think I will buy from anywhere else again as they are just perfect. I also bought a candle which I haven’t lit yet but it looks and smells so nice. I am so glad I found Wicks & Reeds. Easy to use, quick to deliver and lovely and unusual products.

If I could give a zero I would. Four weeks and never received my candles. Got an e mail 11th of jan saying candles have been shipped. Finally e mailed them and was told they were on there way and never could provide me with tracking. I was never even offered a refund until asked for one. Now just waiting for a refund. Would never buy from again.

Awesome beeswax dinner candles
I really love these beeswax dinner candles. They came very securely packaged in completely recyclable packaging and really speedily. This is the second batch I've ordered now and they look perfect in my vintage pewter candlesticks on my mantlepiece! I'm sure i'll be back for many more :-)
