Arrived on time

Arrived on time, lovely packaging, candles appear to be as they say have only used once so far but they are smokless and clean.
Will definitely purchase again!

Update on previous review

The candles are lovely but the customer service is not . I ordered another 3 but they have still not arrived and I have written 2 emails asking for information on their whereabouts and have not even had a reply to either. It’s just not good enough.

Absolutely incredible!

Absolutely incredible! The postage process was a little patchy, but as it is the Christmas season and they are such a young business I cannot fault how they handled it - a very apologetic email ensured that all customers knew that their orders were processed and on their way (I personally found this very comforting). The candle itself is of such a high quality - I bought the Polar Express Christmas candle and it smells as divine as it looks! I can’t wait to buy again :)

I'm still waiting for delivery of the…

I'm still waiting for delivery of the item ordered the money has been taken out of my account but no receipt of item.

I have tried phoning and there's been no reply on all occasions I have emailed and no response has been received.

Absolutely awful service either I would like to receive the item or have a refund.

Terrible. Do not use this website.

I ordered a candle 2 weeks ago and paid for next day delivery to ensure it would arrive promptly. This candle was intended for my grandma who's brother recently passed and she herself is dreadfully sick and lonely. I live abroad and sending small gestures and gifts like this is my best way to show my love and support to my family members. After one week of no candle, I asked my grandma and she confirmed nothing had arrived. Now, 2 weeks later I have tried to call customer service multiple times and have had no response. I am disappointed and frustrated. I will never use this site again and certainly won't be recommending it to anyone I know.

Arrived, eventually

A bit slow, and didn't really keep me informed about what was going on and why delivery was delayed. But it turned up in the end - don't know what it smells like yet, I'll be lighting it over Christmas!

I am so happy to have discovered your…

I am so happy to have discovered your business. We love the candles, the way they are packed too. I love how it is minimal on the box, and the straw bedding into the box make it looks cared for, it all smells like you state in your description. We love them so much I am finding it difficult to give them away as presents.
Will be back fo for more.

NOT RECIEVED MY ITEMS, HOPING FOR MY MONEY BACK

I finally have my items, almost 3 weeks after ordering them.
They are excellent and I am happy with my choices.

Unfortunately the customer service from this company is really poor.
Communicating with customers is vital.

I ordered easily enough then a couple…

I ordered easily enough then a couple days later half the order arrived, when i emailed about the rest of the order I was told that the rest is coming from a different location. so far it's been a week and still no sign of the rest of the order and no reply to my further enquiry. Shame really they look like quality goods

As we explained, due to Covid regulations, we aren't able to mix staff between our two premises at the moment but rather than let our customers down, we are sending deliveries out in multiple batches (at no extra cost despite huge shipping cost increase to us) - we are asking for a little patience as we cope with this incredibly difficult time which is challenging for our team as I'm sure you can appreciate.
