Great service and gorgeous products

Highly recommend the Advent Candle. Smells divine and was wrapped beautifully when it arrived. Also Thomas was very helpful when I made a mistake with my order and remedied it speedily and without complaint. Great service and products overall, thank you!

Order placed 27/11/20 still not…

Order placed 27/11/20 still not received on 6/12/20. Received a message today saying they had a glitch due to Black Friday influx of orders. First rule of customer service, don’t ask for feedback before your customer has received their order and especially if there’s a glitch 😳😕

We advise on our delivery page and at the checkout that orders can take around 7 working days and have had to put up a special notice at the moment that things are especially challenging due to Covid and the surge in orders in November and December. We are asking for a little patience but sorry you were not able to bear with us on this occasion. I hope you enjoy the items when they arrive.

Order with time to spare and you'll be fine!

I bought some candles as a gift and asked that they be delivered on time for a birthday about 1.5 weeks later.

I didn't get regular updates during the process about when/if the order had been shipped and emailed customer service to ask. I was told they would investigate for me and, although they never did get back to me, the order was delivered on time and the person loves it.

This is a new business which is only just starting out and no doubt is dealing with a number of different issues in the lead-up to Christmas. So 4 stars for a fantastic product and average service (mitigated by Black Friday/COVID).

Sorry to hear you weren't updated as often as you should have been - we did indeed have a big glitch with our ordering platform and Covid has meant lots of changes including having to send (and pay for) multiple packages to go out for most orders.. Tricky times indeed but we are trying our best and I'm glad of your feedback.

Thankfully we've now managed to resolve our logistics issues and all is well.

Incomplete/wrong order sent

I ordered what looked to be a lovely Spiced Orange Trio gift set, but unfortunately 2 of the 3 items in the set didn't arrive as advertised. I'm hoping I will either be reimbursed or the missing items from the set will be sent out to me as soon as possible. Very disappointing, as the candle that did arrive smells wonderful.

Not arrived yet, no information on potential despatch date. I'd have gone elsewhere had I known. Response to this review received but sadly still no candle and silence has resumed.

I have looked into your order which was placed on Sunday evening the 30th Nov - it was processed the next day and sent out for delivery however this review was left only 3 days after that... we do state that deliveries take up to 7 working days and potentially longer in Nov & Dec and have put notices on the delivery page and checkout... Still not received product now the 4th…

Still not received product now the 4th December and it was an advent calendar

I paid for next day delivery - please cancel my order and refund it I wont be using you again and its the 8th of December.

Sorry you were not happy with the service - however your order was placed on Sunday and processed on Tuesday 01 Dec as you chose standard shipping and we clearly state this will take up to 7 working days to arrive - and potentially longer in Nov and Dec. We've put special notices up indicating that Covid is causing further delays.

We do not recommend ordering advent calendar candles after November has already ended. These are no longer on sale.

Cracking Candles for Christmas…

purchases a few candles for Christmas and and they arrived quickly and packaged with fully recyclable materials which was great. the sissy green candle smells AMAZING. the overall experience has been great.
